Service is very poor at this location I went through the drive through around 5:30 pm there was one car in front of me and one behind me it took several minutes to get my order taken and I proceeded to sit in line for 20 minutes until I gave up and went to a restaurant down the street. read more

We waited in the drive-through for over 30 minutes & they only took two orders during that entire time.They never took our order. We finally drove around to the window thinking they had closed or something had happened. We saw five workers (they weren't working) standing around laughing. They just looked at us and kept talking and laughing. They never made any attempt to see what we needed. At that point we finally left and drove a short distance to Jack's where we were promptly waited on. This ordeal started at 7:55 on Thursday night and finally ended at 8:30. We stop by this establishment for a quick bite to eat during lunch. We got two whoppers cut in half and after a little bit of a wait we got our food and we ate them and the food was good. If I could give them a negative rating I would! we literally pulled into the drive through line at 7:55 their sign said they closed at 8 pm, we were 2 cars back waiting to give our order, the lady two cars ahead got through giving her order the next car pulled up and they called through the box, "we're closed" they left and as we pulled on through, mind you it was 7:58, not 8pm yet, they called out "were closed!" The corporate office might as well close this one the one on 72 in Tuscumbia down be it's pointless to keep it open they could have looked and seen there was two cars behind the lady that had just given her order and taken our order, but this will be the last time we spend money at Burger King, ANY, Burger King! never again read more

I'm one to give the benefit of the doubt and for that reason I've been here around 15 times in the past 6 months, each visit was as disappointing as the last. I've worked in fast food management, I know it's tough sometimes but it's no excuse for treating customers poorly, getting orders wrong repeatedly and serving cold food. I wouldn't recommend anyone eating here.. unless you get lucky it's going to be a bad experience. read more

I wish i could give this a lower rating. After getting my order completely wrong, putting the wrong condiments on my burger, then remaking it again, my burger is frozen in the middle. On the way home to microwave my frozen burger and think about eating it. Will not be back. read more

Slow drive thru, but buck fifty nuggets are tough to say no to. Then again, now that I am/have eaten them. If the nuggets were hot (or even warm) that may increase my happy level. For future reference, if you want to do the BK challenge (which may or may not be real) I would recommend a different location. Went inside, no other customers in line. I placed my order and it took 15 minutes to get my order because everyone was standing around talking, including the manager. The guy who came in behind me waited 10 minutes, fussed and they gave him his food after the 10 minutes. This is completely wrong to take this long when I am the only customer there. read more

Yeah, stopped by there earlier today. The girl working there named Heather Horton. She didn't get my order right. She also didn't give me he correct change back either. The food was slightly cold. The fries were soggy and the drink was watered-down. I will never again stop by there to eat any more in the near future. read more
