I'm not even sure where to start with the absolute fever dream that was my visit to the Burger King in Twin Lakes. this particular fast-food experience felt like it was curated by someone who hates both burgers and humanity. First of all, I walked in and it smelled... off. Not like burgers or fries, but like a mixture of wet mop, despair, and something that might have once been ketchup. The floors were sticky with bodiely substance,like, splooge . I half expected to see a man in the back selling fentanyl fries (I know this is true. I've ordered them before) The lone employee behind the counter(Carter Nelson looked like he had just emerged from a 7-day Fortnite bender. I waited for a full five minutes before he even acknowledged my presence, and then another three minutes while he continued to argue with someone on his AirPods about whether or not "you can microwave metal." I ordered a Whopper meal. Should be simple, right? Well, apparently it was a challenge akin to building a nuclear reactor using only burger buns and disappointment. It took 22 minutes. I timed it. During that time, I witnessed: * A customer come in, order, wait 10 minutes, and then leave in a rage. * Workers that dispensed nothing but depressed brown sadness.(Carter Nelson) When I finally got my food, the burger looked like it had been assembled during a mild earthquake. The fries were soggy and lukewarm, and tasted like they'd been fried in oil that had last seen fresh daylight during the Obama administration. To top it all off, the bathroom smelled like a crypt. There were no paper towels, the hand dryer didn't work, and someone had written "HELP ME" in ketchup on the mirror. I think it was ketchup. Honestly, I left feeling like I needed a shower, a tetanus shot, and a therapist. If you're ever in Twin Lakes and think to yourself, "Hey, maybe Burger King sounds good"--just... don't. Eat a leaf. These causes me to spiral into a deep depression and i was constantly in a bad mood. One day I decided it was going to be my last, so I went to this Burger King expecting it to be my last meal. I walked in ordered a whopper meal and sat down. This is when an employee named Collin saw me sitting there and I guess he could sense I had something going on because he sat down across from me and just started talking. He helped me realize that there is more in life and that resilience is the key to happiness. This made me have second thoughts about committing and ever since then my life has been better. For the love of God........The skinny kid who works there hasn't changed or cleaned his pants in all the time he has worked there! They are revolting to even look at. If that wasn't enough he has a nasty habit of putting his feet up on the ledge where the bags are stashed so I witness his scuzzy shoes resting on top of the bags where your food is going to be handed to you. I recently visited the Burger King location in Twin Lakes and had an outstanding experience! As soon as I stepped in I was greeted by two amazing workers whose names were Collin and the other I think was Carter. Their energy was incredible and made my whole night. I had a great experience and was treated with respect as well as kindness! They were both very ensuring and it was genuinely a comforting encounter I had with them. The environment was also extremely clean which is hard to find especially in the fast food industry. I will definitely look forward to coming back! read more

This place is an amazing place to get fast food at for my family, it's close to our house, their service is amazing, the food is amazing, they never get our order wrong, and the place is overall just a nice place to hang out at after school with friends. Recently I started going here again and found it has improved significantly! Every time I've gone lately I've been greeted with great service even on busy days.
