I enjoyed the chicken, the portion was just right, crispy and flavored well. This location had a great staff on shift, on a Sunday afternoon. The drive through, and dine in were quite busy. They were very organized with their orders. The service was splendid. The dining room area was clean. This is a great location to visit if you're in need of something quick. It's attached to the mini market at the service station, which is convenient in so many ways. I'll have to post pictures next time, of course I forgot to take pictures of the cute chicken tenders.

I replied, "A little of everything!" When I tell you this man went TO THE BACK of the store to pull out FRESH INGREDIENTS that had zero risk of cross contamination. Cut my Meats on a separate Meat Cutter and Prepared my entire sandwich in a separate workspace!! I literally almost cried and I'm not joking!!! He did not make a fuss about any of this - nor did I ask for that level of care. Yes it took him Longer, and there were others waiting in line. He didn't care, and when I told him how much I appreciated his efforts-he said "my best friend is celiac, so I understand!" It seriously made my whole month. You have no idea how taking extra care of someone matters, when it would be so easy to rush through and not make that extra effort because we're so used to be treated bad, scoffed at, annoyed with.. etc. So THANK YOU WILL, Thank You Jersey Mikes, and Thank You Udi's for giving me such a great experience because of your Extra efforts and Team work I was able to have a normal lunch experience, that so many take for granted every day. We ordered at the drive-thru and actually received our order faster than I expected. The burgers are thin and smashed but absolutely delicious. I had the jalapeño burger which comes with fresh, chopped jalapeños. Loved it. Their fries are unique to fast food because they are so thin. Think shoe string fries. They are hot, crispy, and my favorite of all the chains. The young lady at the window was sweet and efficient. Definitely recommend this place but it is on the higher price side for fast food.

I understand many employees in quick service are young, but training and attention to detail are part of running any service business regardless of age. Last week the same issue happened to me twice in less than a week when ordering a Spicy Cool Wrap. Both times the dressing for the wrap was missing. When I mentioned that it had just happened earlier in the week, the response was essentially a quick "oh... ok," without much acknowledgment. I completed a guest satisfaction survey afterward but never received the follow-up the survey indicated would happen. When I contacted the Chick-fil-A care line, I was told it would be up to the local operator to respond. I am not writing this from a place of anger. I spent over 20 years working in guest services management, so I understand how demanding food service can be. However, repeated order accuracy issues and the feeling that feedback is not being taken seriously are frustrating. In fact, the McDonald's across the street consistently provides friendlier and more attentive service, which makes the inconsistencies at this Chick-fil-A even more noticeable. For now, when we want Chick-fil-A we will likely visit the Phenix City location or the new Auburn location instead. In our experience, both consistently get the orders right and provide excellent guest service, especially the Phenix City location. I hope the TigerTown location takes another look at order accuracy and guest follow-up, because when Chick-fil-A operations are running well, they are usually among the most reliable quick-service experiences around.
