Everything was delicious. The wings were moist and flavorful, the mozzarella cheese sticks were hand cut, huge and amazing. We were there on a Monday evening. The dining room was slow, but carry-outs were hoppin'. The atmosphere is relaxed, but nice enough for a date night. Love the Chicago Sports mural on the wall. Our server took wonderful care of us and made sure that we had everything we needed. Little did I know it would ruin our day. I simply ordered my favorite blizzard -- a chocolate brownie extreme -- the same one I've order dozens of times over the years. However, the blizzard arrives and is clearly made wrong. It looks totally vanilla and not at all like a chocolate brownie extreme. I react confused because I thought they gave me the wrong item. I'm standing there kindly asking about it trying to clarify, until... this young woman (brunette, long hair) who appears to be maybe a manager(?) just starts giving me all kinds of attitude. She repeatedly blames ME for not ordering it with chocolate ice cream. I'm kind of shocked, not only because I'm still trying to figure out what's going on, but that this woman (who, ironically, seems to have been a manager/type?) gives me all this attitude. I mean, come on... it's just a blizzard. If your customer isn't happy, just simply make remake it, right? I was especially surprised because there's only one other customer in the store. It wasn't like the place was slammed and the team was stressed. Eventually, I had to put my foot down asking to remake it (because at this point I'm now angry about all the unnecessary attitude too). She then mumbles something I couldn't hear, but that makes the team all snicker and chuckle. She then proceeds to make the most awful, mud-like deep chocolate blizzard I've ever seen. Throws at me and says "have a nice day." Wow. Anyway... You could order a plain burger and still have to pull forward and wait 5 minutes. Secondly, the food is almost always wrong. I can't even describe the amount of times I've gotten home and been missing an item from my order, had the wrong toppings, or didn't get sauce that I asked for. When I'm paying $10 for garbage food, I better at the very least get what I ordered. I ordered a Big Mac today and everything was in my bag - but when I opened the Big Mac box I was greeted with a horrid smell. I noticed some crispy grease (I think?) on the bottom patty so I flipped it over to see what it was. It looks like something was burned and smashed into the bottom patty (which wasn't completely done either). Absolutely disgusting. If I had the ability, I'd sue the sh*t out of this place because whatever is on my sandwich is a health hazard. I've always been forgiving of missing items, but this is utterly unacceptable. This location should be closed because clearly the employees/management don't care at all. I will never eat here again and you shouldn't either.
