I see the attitudes have for sure changed. It used to be welcome to McDonald's how may I help you or would you like to try the mcflurry today. Now it's "what's your order". Not take your time and order when ready. No, every 3 seconds, "what will you have?" I wanted to say a better attitude and drive away. But I sucked it up and tried something new. Get to the window and there's a young curly headed kid that was timid, but courteous and our order was correct. A bunch of younger girls in the back like this is a high school hallway instead of a fast food restaurant. It's a Sunday around 1. No one in the store or drive through. Let's get it together. This is the precise reason I don't come here. The food is usually dry and tasteless. I used to like the service which is why I came back. But it's going downhill fast! Had to get a McRib! I usually get one a week when they first come out. In years past, the quality starts to decline as time passes, but I have had no complaints so far this year! Juicy meat, good sauce, and served with extra onions for me and extra pickles for my wife. Mickey D's fries are already the best in the business. We washed everything down with Arnold Palmers. Everything was terrible, we ordered two meals and a McFlurry. But before that even happened, we tried to order once, (BTW this was in the drive thru) and the lady said "One minute," 5 minutes later, again she says "Will you be ordering with the app?" Like where have you been woman, we were here the whole time. We ordered again, and we got our drinks and McFlurry, but then we were sent to a spot to wait. 10 Minutes later, the same woman came to our car and said "Did you order xxx? Every time I go there my husband and I order the same thing. We order the McDouble biggie bag and I get the McDouble with no pickles. Extra onion. My husband gets it with extra onion lettuce and add mayonnaise. We also asked for it to be cooked to order because every time we get it it's always cold. Well yesterday we went to this location. We went through the drive-thru three times to try to get this order correct? They finally got it correct but it took me an hour and a half to get my food. Two biggie bags, $10 worth of food an hour and a half. Ridiculous. Went back again today and had to go in three times to get my food made correctly and they don't offer you any kind of refund a free pie. thought I'd add to the pool of one star reviews. Went in today to use the restroom and get some fries. Three times while I was in the bathroom stall, an employee came in and hollered at me to get out, mistaking me for another employee. I could hear a group of them giggling and talking about me outside the bathroom door. When I was done, I walked to the front counter to place my order. I walked past no less than 6 employees sitting around on their phones. I took no issue with this, assuming they were all on break. However, there was nobody at the counter to take my order, there was maybe one person back there manning the drive thru. When the man in front of me politely asked if one of them could take his order, they shrugged it off and ignored. Decided to save my money today and leave. I only come out of my way to go to this location because every time I go to the location closest to me, I get harassed by the employees there! Wow. I have never been so dismissed or treated so rudely by anyone in "customer service" I was visiting family in Portage and was hungry but it was late, around 1 am, so the options were limited. I was completely sober as well. I placed my order and paid through the mobile app. Once I arrived at the restaurant, I provided my order number from the app as instructed and was told that they didn't have any mobile orders. I showed the cashier my phone to provide verification of my order. She again said that they did not have an order. I asked what I should do since I had already paid for the order. She called a manger who was immediately extremely aggressive and rude before I'd even said a word. The manager said that there was nothing she could do since the order wasn't showing up in their system. Again, I stated that I had already paid and attempted to show her the order confirmation on my phone. She stated "I don't care what you're phone says, we don't have the order" I calmly expressed that I was just trying to come to a resolution and was not being rude or belligerent in any way so I didn't understand why she was being so rude and dismissive to me." The managed then actually yelled at me saying, "I'm not going to give you something if we don't have an order" and stormed off. The cashier was still there so I asked if there was someone else I could talk to. The cashier then repeated the manager's statement that she wasn't going to give me anything without an order. I assured her that I wasn't trying to get anything for free, just what I had already paid for. At that point, it was obvious that I wasn't going to get anywhere at 1am on a Monday morning in an all but deserted McDonald's drive through so I asked the cashier for her and the manager's names. She completely ignored my request and continued to ignore me until I finally drove away. Side note, I ended up at the Taco Bell next store. The food was "meh" but the staff was delightful. read more

I ordered 2 southwest salads with the dressing on the side and they were out of lids! They didn't tell me about this so it went all over my salads!!!! A horrible slimy mess! To make matters worse I called them and they refused to give names of the 2 managers I spoke with! My husband found out that a male named "Dee" and a female named candy were responsible. Candy put the lidless side cups herself in a brown bag which was placed on the salads!!! She actually yelled at me and said it was my husband 's fault!!! I am a McDonald's sweet tea fan, so I usually come to this restaurant on my break for a sweet tea. However, I will say that I've had better. This McDonalds seems like they can never get it together, from the service to the family of gnats . The service is usually at a good pace, but their attitudes are horrible. If they didn't want to be there, they should get a new job. The dining room is never that clean; I can understand when they're busy that they can't get to it as quickly, but when there's only about three customers, the diningroom should be clean. The gnats, I don't understand why they always have gnats. There are always gnats around the drink station. It's disgusting trying to get your drink while fanning away gnats. I love the location of this restaurant but there are just some things that need to be improved. read more

Completely messed up our order! We ordered 3 of the Bacon quarter pounders. All but one had no bacon. The manager Amber took 20 mins to get to the front of the store and assist us with our coupons. Word of advice, check your order. They have about a .500 batting average on getting it right. One of the worst for accuracy I've ever seen. Food is what you expect. Most of the time, not terrible. Took 20 minutes to get my order at the drive through in one of the several "your order is too complicated for us brain dead morons to make quickly" parking spots.
