I spotted this Burger King restaurant in the same plaza as COBS Bread and Scotiabank. I felt like grabbing some food here for dinner. I had placing a takeout order in mind. I needed to use the washroom. I parked fairly close to the drive-thru entrance and walked over to the eatery. I entered the door. The washrooms are conveniently on the left when you walk in. The women's washroom was clean. There were a couple of stalls. The one that I used was in decent shape. This eatery has a few self-serve kiosks to place your order. The order counter was fairly busy with customers waiting for their food. I decided to head to my car and place an order online through Burger King's online site. It was nice to check out deals and place my order in the comfort of my car. I got the classic chicken sandwich as a combo. I got fries and a medium Diet Coke as part of this combo. I got an estimated time when my order would be ready. I was so close to the drive-thru entrance that I didn't have enough room to enter it in one shot. I ended up parking at another spot, which would allow me to enter the drive-thru without ruining my car once my order was ready. There were two cars ahead of mine when I did hit the drive-thru. The line moved quickly. I let the woman know at the order area that I had an order in my name. She found my order and said that I could drive up. This woman was friendly and nice. I got her at the window. She handed me my drink and food. I thanked her, put my food in an insulated bag, and drove home. I love a classic chicken sandwich. It was yummy. The chicken was delicious with the mayo and lettuce. I loved the long sandwich bun. Yum! The fries are so much better these days. The potato skins are left on the tips of each fry. The fries were crispy and had the perfect amount of salt. My Diet Coke was yummy. It was cold and washed everything down. It's a decent Burger King. I'd return when I'm in the area. (202)

The egg was the scramble style made in a round mold. The hashbrowns were bite size full of potato goodness. I don't usually big up fast food but this one hit the spot. The dining room is modern, clean and spacious. This location did go through a brand refresh to make it look more appealing. There are little trays where you can scoop them up. The fries are really a knockout. They are fresh cut daily and they even highlight where the potatoes are from. The locations in Canada source their potatoes from home. They have a signboard that highlights where the potatoes come from and can change on a daily basis. I also knew that there was an Chinese grocery store in the same plaza. Here's to another cool stop at two stores that I needed. The drive down was smooth. It took perhaps ten minutes. I had to make a left turn into the plaza. It took a bit of time, but I eventually made a safe turn. I did grocery shopping first. I had backed into a spot that directly faced the drive-thru, steps away from the grocery store's entrance. When I was done, I simply drove straight ahead to place my order at the drive-thru. I had a nice woman on the other end taking my order. I ordered two original beef burgers. I went with my standard toppings on both: lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, and relish. She was so friendly. There was a bit of a wait, but I didn't mind. This Harvey's is also a Swiss Chalet. Excellent! I was drooling looking at the poutine on the menu. I love poutine. Harvey's does poutine well. It was perfect, as I was wrapping up an errand a few blocks north of this eatery. I don't normally visit this plaza on the northeast corner of Markham Road and 16th Avenue. Garden Basket anchors it. I had no problem finding this eatery. Booster Juice is next door. This Harvey's does not have a drive-thru. I backed into a parking spot and walked over. There was plenty of parking at around 2 pm. There were places to sit down and eat on either side of the doors. Ahead of me on the right was the fountain machine and a door to the washrooms. On my left, I saw a sign for order pickups.
