Smoked and Smashed's rendition of the McRib sandwich is not spot on, it's better! Tender real pork rib meat, not processed molded, with the bones removed, thinly sliced pickles and fresh sliced onions layered on top with the most perfect tangy BBQ sauce. I wish I had brought back a few of these back with me to the states. These need to be available on GoldBelly! Get here as early as you can because the secret is definitely out and they are selling out before lunch service is done. I did overhear staff saying they are upping production, hopefully there is no degradation in quality. There is absolutely no room to sit inside but there are outdoor picnic tables nearby.
