Dear Burger King, Although I believe that my drive-thru experience at 0804 today was not an overall reflection of your abilities, there is definitely opportunity for improvement. At this location, BK #9310, I have usually received satisfactory service. Some drive-thru employees are better than others with their manner but today the employee was very rude. I understand having a need for urgency; however, there was no car in front of me nor behind me. After I was greeted at the drive-thru, I went to place my order first stating that I had a coupon. The employee cut me off and proceeded to ask for the coupon code. He then asked me what I wanted to drink. I upgraded to an orange juice from the coffee on the coupon. After completing my order I drove around to the second window and paid for my order. The employee asked if I wanted ketchup and I said no. He gave me the orange juice box and the meal in the brown burger king bag and said "have a nice day". To the average observer this seems like a satisfactory interaction; however, there is more than meets the eye. #1- This is my biggest upset from this transaction. The employee cut me off and did not give me the opportunity to place the order as I wanted. He did not read back my order to ensure that the coupon code that I gave him was for the meal I wanted and he assumed that I wanted a croissan'wich with sausage, egg and cheese when I actually wanted the bacon, egg and cheese option. Yes, that was an option on the coupon. #2- The employee did not provide me with a receipt after the transaction. I had to ask him for a receipt. I understand this is not as much a faux pas as it has been in the past but, in my opinion, a receipt should be provided to every customer. The benefits are being able to take the survey, reviewing the order on print, proof of order, etc.. and #3- I don't believe Burger King provides burgers and fries for breakfast so unless someone specially ordered fries for a breakfast meal, the fries that were mixed in with my hash browns is unacceptable. Not only were the hash browns old, lukewarm and not a very good quality but there were fries mixed among them that leads me to believe that the fries were left over from a previous night meal and/or the fyer was not cleaned. Either way it's disgusting. Lastly, as I stated at the beginning, I do not believe this was an accurate representation of what Burger King has to offer. However, as a major conglomerate in competition with McDonald's, customer service, food quality and accuracy should be important, not just speed. I encourage this to be an opportunity for growth. I am only one customer but there may be others with similar experiences as mine who didn't feel the need to provide feedback. I generally do not provide feedback for normal blunders and mistakes, especially if the customer service is outstanding but this rude employee irked me to the point that I am here I am writing a 10 minute response to survey feedback. Service and food were absolutely horrible. On 8/15 around 5:00 - 5:30pm, my mom had come in and ordered a drink without ice. The young boy working the counter named Yandel accidentally added ice. Not a big deal at all! She asked for it to be remade to which they had to prove a point and tell her that she must have not requested it, even though she did and had PROOF of it on her physical receipt. My mom said no, it was just a human error, to which another employee stepped in to their conversation and aggressively SCREAMED "WHAT?!" loudly towards my mom. I understand food service workers have difficult customers often, but we just wanted a new drink as we are paying customers. She had no right to yell at my mom. It was upsetting and just deeply unprofessional. When Yandel gave me my food, I told him her screaming at any customer was uncalled for. He said he was sorry and that they were just having a rough day. I told him it wasn't his fault, but either way there is NO excuse for that kind of behavior. He was trembling and apologizing on her behalf, but I never received an apology once from the female employee. The female employee had dyed blonde hair and blue eyes, and hid in the drive thru area while Yandel refused to give her name and said he wasn't "sure" what her name was. How? You work with her. He lied about her name multiple times, before she came to the front. Her name was either Eliza (she said that was her name) or Nicole/Nikki (Yandel said that was her name originally). I am certain her name had an N. Either way, I have reported this experience to corporate. I would love to get paid $20 an hour to yell at customers too, lucky Eliza! Sad that she made her young coworker apologize and take the brunt of it when she caused an issue. I hope management checks the cameras, sorts her personal issues out, and learns proper social etiquette. Definitely not going back here ever again. read more

This Burger King is a joke! False advertising at its absolute worst! On their menu it clearly states a $10 for 2 combo deal. When we ordered said deal (cuz who wouldn't) we were told they don't sell that. Um... what? Me and the kids had a sweet tooth today so we decided to pull into the drive thru to get a vanilla cone and some cookies . When we pulled up there was no one ahead of us and it took about three minutes before someone asked for our order . It sounded like they were trying but couldn't get the mic to work(we almost left) . Once they started taking my order the employee was apologetic saying the headsets were acting up so this review isn't directed towards them . BK you guys got to step it up and upgrade your equipment . What a terrible experience!! Came here on a Sunday night for their new chicken sandwich. Right from the drive thru, I could tell what we were in for but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Ordered two chicken sandwiches, chicken fries, and mozzarella sticks and a burger. To start off the chicken sandwiches tasted great for the first two bites until we realized they were still raw!! It is a typical Burger King establishment. It is located adjacent to the City of Adelanto. I have eaten here several times, since I was hungry. The wait lines for meals are not long. Furthermore, there is, usually, ample of space to sit down, and enjoy a meal. The meals, themselves, are quite delicious. Also, the place is clean. The prices are typical for any Burger King restaurant. I forgot to mention that the staff is friendly and polite.
