Pulled into Bravo Burger and ordered a chicken club sandwich, fries, and an iced tea. Didn't really pay attention at the register, gave her a tip, and later noticed my credit card charge was $26. It should've been around $13 or $14. Bummer that I live in San Clemente, so it's not worth driving back to ask for a refund, but I really wish people would slow down and do their job correctly. Would not recommend it spent 40 for two basic combos...... asked for a ranch they said we have to charge you for that. We often eat here on our way to my parent's place in Bishop. The food is consistent. Burgers are good. Onion rings, fries, and zucchini are always good. I'm not a fan of their Mexican food. Today I ordered the same thing and received the sandwich and coke, no fries for the same price of $21.42. I walked back into the store and explained that the fries were missing. The lady at the counter said it doesn't come with fries. So I demanded my money back. So they gave me my money back instead of just giving me a dollar (cost) worth of fries. I recently purchased their bacon avocado cheese burger. When I got back to my job and ready to eat it I noticed they didn't add avocados to it yet I paid for them. When I called to let them know they said they cant refund me anything but give me restaurant credit for the avocados BUT I had to use them that same day. Which while on the phone I clearly hear the cook say I put them in. Which he didn't plus the meat wasn't cooked all the way and tasted like it was an old burger. I ordered a basic chicken salad today and it was the worst salad I have ever had. All of the lettuce was wilted and starting to turn brown as if it was multiple days old.. they still chose serve it and not to throw it out .the chicken and all the toppings where fine .they send it out the fast food window. then when I went to let them know what the problem was after work they said because it's been multiple hours and I ate the chicken.
