I've been here multiple times and usually have great experiences the customer service is always good. I've ordered a variety of items like ice cream, tacos, breakfast (pancakes, eggs, bacon), and desserts, and they've all been great. However, during my last couple of visits, I had some bad experiences with the food. I ordered 16 tacos (8 chicken and 8 steak), and they were extremely greasy the meat and even the plate were covered in grease. It honestly felt like a waste of money. The pastrami sandwich I ordered wasn't good either. I've never had issues like this before, so I'm not sure if it's the cook or whoever is preparing the food, but something has definitely changed. My wife took me here because this used to be her go to spot when she lived in Hesperia, so we came in with high expectations. Unfortunately, it was a let down, and even my wife was disappointed. For $1.00 more there was a combo deal that included fries and a beverage. The burger tasted good with a hint of charbroiled flavor. Lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pickles were fresh. The 1000 island dressing on the burger has a nice balance of sweet and tangy flavors. The bun was fairly large so I think a double patty would have been the right meat to bread ratio for the burger. We just moved to this area and this was our 3rd experience and definitely our last!! This absolutely their product and receipt for the Classic Archie burger. Basically a cheese burger with bacon. Only thing I didn't have on it was tomato, but had I, the tomato slice would have been thicker than that meat. If you're having trouble seeing the meat, it's under the pickle. I don't think I've ever written a company but my son and I both were so shocked that I felt the need. All we ordered was a grilled cheese kids meal. There were 2 people in the drive through line in front of us. It took 35 minutes just to get to the window because they took so long on each car. When we drove up to the window, they did not know what we ordered, and we had to order again. After another 15 minutes sitting at the window, they came to the window and asked if we had ordered a pastrami which I then told them, no I'm still waiting on just a kid's grilled cheese sandwich. We finally got the grilled cheese 5 minutes later. With fries that were still hard because they were undercooked, and the grilled cheese that had cheese not even melted. To pay almost $14 for a kid's meal that took over 45 minutes to receive is not ok. read more
