Same with the cream cheese filled poppers. Personally I prefer cheddar filled but cream cheese is definitely more prevalent. The burger, however, excellent. Charred, juicy, medium well and a soft bun. Just outstanding in taste and texture. The shoestring fries were hot, crunchy and delightful. The kid taking my order was polite, prompt and friendly. A definitely plus. There's picnic table seating outside (it really is an old school drive in!) but I had mine to go. The menu is enormous so my next time through I'll have a burger, fries and try something else as well!

The restaurant was not busy but was well staffed with more than enough employees. The order taker was fast and efficient, the whole staff was competent and stayed on their toes to complete orders. I went back up to get my kid a milk and to order a churro after starting to eat. One employee just gave me a milk like no big deal, then another employee just says he'll make me a churro. Nobody even considered asking me to pay although I was willing and had my card at the ready. My wife went up for a refill and another employee just gave her a fresh LARGER cup filled with her pop of choice. This review probably doesn't seem that exciting but had you been there and knowing the staffing shortages in Fargo and VERY lackadaisical service we felt like royalty in this small town Taco John's. I really hope the manager or owner reads this because every single employee deserves a raise at your restaurant! We're already planning another 1 hour drive just to go to your Taco John's!
