$40 for two combos and a plain burger. Patties are pre done and a little disappointing. Popcorn chicken came out of a box (pilgrims prepared breaded chicken box was visible). The sign said .70 cherry bars but we were told that's only on Thursday. Sign didn't say Thursday only. I can't speak to the ice cream because I passed on a $4 soft serve cone. I saw several going out the door that looked really disappointing. In all, Fergus Falls is a cute little town and I guess they have limited options but this would be a hard pass for me. read more

I apologize for rating so low, but the burgers were dry and too well done. More like dry brown cardboard. Not real burgers but the frozen pressed slabs you buy in bulk at Sams. I know grocery prices have gone up, but c'mon, these prices are way too high for the poor quality food we got. Service was good. read more

I have only tried the cheese curds so far and they were the best I have ever eaten. So creamy and cheesy. Very, very greasy, but worth it.

We stopped here last summer, spending the day visiting the area. I finally decided, to do a food review with how memorable our visit was. I really liked how it seemed to a friendly, locally run restaurant. I liked how when we walked in not only did we feel welcomed, but they let us take our time deciding on what to order. Of course I decided on a fish sandwich, burger, onion rings, and also a shake, since I was really hungry. While waiting I took a look at the classic pictures posted on the wall of classic pictures of that very place, and it was cool how the whole place had a classic vibe to it. And I didn't mind waiting 15 minutes, especially with how great the food tasted. For instance the fish didn't feel fishy at all, or how thick and creamy my shake was. Next time we make a visit in the area, I will definitely make another stop here. read more

It's a little hidden from the normal freeway stop but it is worth the time to get there.

Stopped while driving through and it was perfect. Lots of outdoor space which was great for kids cooped up in car for hours. They have a drive through but it was better to park and sit outside. We originally split a bacon cheeseburger but quickly realized it's not a mega burger size like you get in fast food, more old school, so we ordered another. They had very thick cut bacon on them. Also ordered the corn dog kids meal and cheese curds and fried pickles (spears not slices FYI). Pretty good stop when you are craving simple & fast food. read more

The kids love it, but I kind of cringe when they pick it for supper. I do like that it's locally owned and there's nice outdoor seating. It seems expensive for food that tastes like it was frozen at some point. read more

We love Dairyland, the food is great and the service is better. We have three young kids and the owner and staff are very patient and nice to them. The owner Pat goes out of his way to see how your day is going and make your visit special. The kids love the popcorn chicken. This is our go to place for ice cream treats. The kids often pick ice cream from here as their reward. read more

Business has 50's motif, with a lot of old car pictures and small town feel. The onion rings were home made and best ever. Double cheeseburger on French bread was really good. Ms H says mango smoothie yum but probably more sugar than anything. Lots of people eating the chicken looked happy. read more

I enjoy going there but it's fairly expensive for at best mediocre food. Burgers are small along with the portions. I started ordering the kids hamburger meal after noting it's about the same size as the adult meal...until they removed it from the menu for 2019. It seems like they cut corners year after year...perhaps a result of necessity in order to stay a seasonal business. read more

This is such a great little gem! I absolutely love that it is family owned and it shows. All the employees are so helpful and friendly! The food is delicious and there are plenty of options to choose from. They are moderately-high priced but it is so worth it! Nice,clean family atmosphere. Classic dive inn food and ice cream. Food is fine, but I remember it being a whole lot better some years back. No homemade taste any more. Must of got new owners? Still the best ice cream shop in town. read more

Don't waste your time. Burgers was dry and no craftsmanship. Fried chicken was decent but nothing special.

I absolutely love they're food. perfect for hot days. just wish they were opened full season for their hot foods.
