It's not too often I get to have a good experience for a fast food joint. However this was a good visit that's memorable enough I wanted to give them a good shoutout. I was on a road trip on I84 on way back home to Boston. For some reason the other BK closer to Waterbury wasn't accepting their own BK online orders but I'm glad this one had no issues. I arrived about 10 minutes after placing the order and they were already ready for me. The staff was actually quite friendly and was nice enough to set up a tray for me to dine in. Although I have to say it was around a Monday afternoon so was very quiet as most of their traffic is through drive-through. I'd have to say their new chicken sandwich was better than I expected too.. really juicy and crispy on the outside and good thick chicken size too. Overall pretty happy with my visit and I'd recommend it to those passing by or just come in for occasional visit read more

Pretty reasonable and run of the mill BK. The drive thru in the morning is usually pretty quick and they're cheaper than the one off Exit 28. Beware though, a lot of the Foursquare tips say it's a dump inside. read more

Came one night for an order and they had me pull up around the building and wait 20 minutes for 2 burgers and 2 fries and chicken fries. And they weren't even fresh. Also, a different occurrence, I placed an order thru the app for drive thru and wanted to add to my order and they made me drive around and get back in the drive thru line just to add a medium fries to my order. Completely inconvenient and pointless. I only come to this location because its closer but ill definitely take a ride to get better service. read more

GOOD BY BURGER KING. THANK GOD FOR MACDONALDS'. I would've given a "0" or below if you had a "0". This is my story. I went to the Burger King on Reidville, Waterbury, CT with my husband to order food for the seven workers (building a house) who needed "fast food lunch". It is lunch time and the window line is empty so there was no rush, and the person at the window could've answered the questions. My husband has an accent, and he was asking for the price, the person at the window (turned out to be the manager) decided my husband speaks some Spanish and the one taking the order started rambling in some form of Spanish, which my 70 year old husband does not understand. I told my husband, I'll go inside. I went inside, the BK store was empty. The Cashier (young man) was polite and welcoming, and I was trying to make an order. The woman at the window started asking questions in a hostile manner "were you making an order now" since she had no other customer at the window. I moved my hand and said "cancel the window order", and I looked at the cashier and started making my order. Instead of the woman doing her job (she turned out to be the manager) she started screaming "get out. You are moving your hand and you are disrespecting me". I begged for the order. She continued to scream and came towards me in a hostile manner and continued to scream "get out of here or I'll call the police". I wanted to wait for the police but had workers who wanted to eat. When asked, the Cashier who was supposed to take my order said "she's the manager", no other manager here today. I left the store and I went next door to MACDONALD'S. We spent around $100.00. This is usually one of my favorite places to eat because hey are usually quick with my meal but yesterday they weren't. I ordered a chicken sandwich with EXTRA regular pickles not the DILL pickles and EXTRA sauce. And they did NEITHER!! I was HIGHLY UPSET and PISSED !! Because I was hungry and couldn't even eat it. I had to give it to my spouse so we didnt throw food nor money away. I'm highly upset with the service from this BurgerKing !! on top of that the night manager there was really rude. What happened to this Burger King? They were my go to place for a quick meal when I didn't want to cook but lately they are TERRIBLE! Went in tonight ordered Whopper with Cheese no pickles or onions, fries, Coke and some regular and spicy chicken nuggets. I get home only to find a regular cheese burger wrapped in a whooper paper. I grab it and head back to hear, they are out of Whooper Buns and should of told me....WHAT!?! I then ask why its a small meat patty and they look at it and apologize and make another one. After a few minutes they make a Whooper on a small bun and I ask for new fries and nuggets since by time I am home they will be ice cold from leaving them on my dinner table and running out. Store associate Rosa says sure, they are just waiting for hot nuggets which i obliged, then another unknown associate says they cant give you more nuggets so i explain everything will be ice cold. Then associate Quntion says my food would be been cold by time i got home anyway! Like What!?! I then explain I know most of the managers there and am shocked they are treating a customer this way. He then goes back and talks to the manager Ron who never even comes out at the same time Rosa comes with my bag and explains they are still waiting on spicy nuggets but she gave me more of the regular ones. I thank her and tell her that would be fine and turn to leave when Associate Quntion comes back and says, next time talk to the managers you know for more nuggets! I was shocked and politely asked Rosa for his name and the managers which she wrote down only to Qunition say to give the nuggets back if i want to go that route. SHOCKING! I know this location will stay busy due to the highway exit but they will surely lose the locals with a brand new Wendy's opening directly across the street. Side note, this is the 2nd time Manager Ron and his crew messed things up, another time, they had me pull in front for my Whooper and after about 10 cars going through, i pulled around to the speaker and asked if they forgot about me and the associate admitted they did......LOL read more

Burger King is great! I personally love it, however... This location is terribly slow. Your always looking at a 10 minute wait through the drive through. Also you may not always get what you wanted. Had to drive back a few times. If they spent more time working and less time fooling around, it would be fine. read more

They are sometimes pretty quick but last week I came into the store and was next to order. This lady in front of me started going off. Cursing in full mode saying they messed up her sandwich Three times.. not once nor twice. But three times. She started screaming at the male manager and said she wanted a refund and the female manager started laughing in the customers face calling her a "b*tch" and saying "your mama" but afterwards about five minutes of this lady spazzing, the customers boyfriend came into the store with a GUN in his pocket. And the female manager kept laughing in the customers face until she realized the customers boyfriend had a gun. The lady next to me turned quickly to me before leaving the store and told me "that guy has a gun in his pocket, I'm heading outside" after the Man Manager helped this guy and his girlfriend out, the guy walked past an employee and told the employee he was "about to shoot this place up if the female manager didn't shut up" but no action was taken for this manager. And I was pretty scared for my life. Long story Short... the employees and managers in this Butger King in reidville don't care about the safety of their employees or their customers !! And on top of that THEY got MY order wrong as well. I just asked for a remake of Bacon King with EXTRA pickles. And they did just that. Other than this crazy story I just told, their food was good. it was just VERY unprofessional of this manager to talk to a customer like that and it isn't the first time I've witnessed this female manager doing this. It was between the hours of 2pm-7pm. i wouldn't recommend going to this place if you want food done correctly. read more

This is the very worst experience that i have ever seen in my life for a fastfood restaurant. I went there around 4:15pm and order through the drive thru. When I paid the girl my money I destinctively asked her to put extra ketcup and BBQ sauce for the fries. Unfortunately when I got home there was nothing in the bag not even one pack of ketcup, I can see forgetting the BBQ sauce but just some mere ketcup. So I called the store and spoke with your manager LAURA, she is very rude, unprofessional and show no empathy for the whole situation. All she could say is oh ok well she probably didn't hear me and i proceded to tell her that she did and that she did shout it out loud enough for the whole store to hear but her response to that is well there's nothing I can do now. So i asked her can I just get my money back and her word verbatim is "No we're not going to give you no refund just for no ketcup and BBQ sauce". She then put the phone down and never comes back to the phone and we she does she hangs up on me. Now im infuriated at this point so I get in my car and goes back up there. I go into the store and again her professionalism gets a 0 in my book, i asked her whose her store manager and her regional manager, at this time she tells me to get out. I said no I need the information I requested so she walks over to me and rips off a piece of the receipt and shoved it to me and told me again to leave and to have a nice day and that the store manager will be there tomorrow. At this point I'm in aaaaawwww of how can you operate a business with a manager at LAURA's incompetency. She really doesnt need to be there dealing with customers and I have a lot of influences in the Waterbury community and I will ensure that no on patrons there until she is gone. You guys will get a bad review everyday from all my family and friends until she is gone. read more
