I must say, Wendy's food quality has improved, but the portion sizes are ridiculously small. The Big Bacon Classic burger was the size of a Jr bacon cheeseburger of yesteryear. I remember back in the day when the Big Bacon Classic was huge and was served on a Kaiser Roll. Also, the prices for what you get are outrageous. It cost me over $14.00 for a BBC with a four piece nugget and a drink. The meal itself wasn't worth more than $6.00 max. As for the positives, the cashier was courteous, the burger builder took pride in her craft, and the restaurant was tidy, and I'll reiterate that the food quality has improved. read more

I went to this location and was surprised at not only the service but the food. Wendy's is a hit or miss for me. I have had okay experiences and terrible experiences. This time it was fantastic, the women at the first window was incredibly nice and appeared she loved her job. The fries were hot and tasty. The bacon cheeseburger was hot with a fresh bun. Horrible food! Chicken in chicken sandwich was damp & not crispy at all. & they also use some kind of weird bun, I mean they can't just use a normal round roll. The food at this location is great, haven't really had a bad experience as far as that goes... however, some of the employees that work here are just so flat and sound so disgustingly bored with their jobs, it makes me not want to come back. Since I am no longer a meat eater, I am always happy to go to Wendys for a cheese, lettuce and tomato sandwich topped with loads of condiments which is much better tasting then the competitions meatless options. Since french fries are really my main course, and Wendys fries were always tasty, the place has always been a good fast food option for me when I'm on the road. Good french fries are definitely a fast food chains staple so when Wendys announced their new fries, I was pretty excited to try them today. The fries were severed to me in a medium container which was only half full which was a huge disappointment, but even worse they were ice cold! I did return them and received a fresh batch of hot fries fully loaded into a medium container and it looked pretty promising. I must say the fries lacked any flavor, even the "skin left on" didn't have the appeal that one would find with fresh cut fries, or even fresh cut frozen fries. They really didn't taste like potatoes at all. But I think the worst thing was the sea salt they raved about, it tingled on my tongue when I was eating and the taste lasted for an hour or so afterward. The new fries are terrible, the sea salt is even worse! Until Wendys changes back their fries I won't be back and I really hope there are enough people that feel the same so that Wendys will have to reconsider and return to the old fries. read more

My owner recently door dashed some nuggets for us. I can usually crush as many as he gives me as long as he breaks them into smaller bites. But hey if not I slap them suckers around like a kitty hockey puck until I lose them under the couch to be found at a later date. I come to this Wendy's frequently on my lunch break because it is close to my office...welp, NOT anymore! My last visit there I ordered one of my usuals...the Spicy Chicken Caesar Salad. I was just about to take a bite, when I noticed a small fruit fly frozen on to a piece of the lettuce!! Also the lettuce at the bottom of the bowl was old and frozen! I showed the salad to the manager who apologized and asked me if I wanted another salad. I said no thank you! I would just like my money back. He did refund my money quickly. Roughly 8 bucks will get you a pretty alright tasting burger, some overly crisp fries, and a cup full of ice accented by a small portion of sugary beverage, which they'll usually refill for you if you interrupt the cashier's line and ask them for a refill. read more
