I am currently on a road trip. McDonald's is my go to on the road. Walked in, and tried using the kiosk. I was having trouble, asked for help and was laughed at then ignored. This is just a review on the drive thru, I have no experience with the interior. First, not a bad entrance at 9 pm - you may be turning left, but there's no reason for anyone else to be in the middle lane with you. On-coming cars had good sized gaps between them. There is lots of parking on the sides, and a huge lot in back. You could host a wedding there and have enough room for all your guests to park. The parking lot was a good width to accommodate cars parking while others went into the drive thru. The plants are everywhere, obviously well taken care of and well tended. They were beautiful to look at. The drive thru service was efficient and quick. I had my food within a few minutes after ordering. The fries were okay, hot from the fryer. The cheeseburgers were tougher and unevenly seasoned on the patties. It was an okay experience though for a late night tide over. read more

I don't know why this location is rated so low. I have never had a bad experience here, I work around the corner and eat here often for breakfast or lunch. First, the order is always correct, served fast and hot. I am VERY picky when it comes to McDonald's french fries and some locations produce soggy cold fries. Not the case with this location, consistently good. Second, the staff are very friendly and willing to help. They are more than accommodating. They will continue to get repeat business from me. This is the worst McDonald's ever. Everytime I go there my order is wrong. Today I ordered through the app hotcakes with sausage Pick up at the drive-through. I didn't get the sausage and I didn't even get syrup for my hotcakes. Of course I didn't notice till I got all the way home. You won't be seeing me there again! read more

If you are going to give someone Large Fries with no salt, the least you could do is put salt packets in the bag. The other 12,000 McDonald's across this country automatically put salt on their fries... the employees were polite and friendly but now I need this location to get their food standards together.... Serving unsalted fries, The only reason this location probably gets business is because of the location; surrounded by so many other big name businesses. Absolutely terrible McDonald's to go to. Don't let the location fool you. I would rather go to a McDonald's in a bad part of town before going to this McDonald's. They took 15 minutes to realize after me telling them that my order wasn't being prepared. the supervisor named Jennifer told me she did not care. After the discussion, I realize the woman's husband and family were eating there and her husband decided to stand behind me, pacing, even went outside, as if I was supposed to be scared of him. When I asked all the employees what her name was, everybody said they did not know. The manager then gave me her name, and the number to corporate. Regardless, they got my order wrong. They forgot all my sauce is a 10 piece chicken nugget, my daughters milk, and her fries for a happy meal. I would definitely stand clear of this McDonald's unless you just wanna get a wrong order or an incomplete one. As for Jennifer corporate will be hearing from me tomorrow. I will never return to this McDonald's again, and will urge everyone to do the same, unless you enjoy punishment. I came to this location through the drive-through at 1 o'clock in the morning and I was asking for someone at the speaker box and no one didn't answer. I stood there for a good 5 to 10 minutes. I eventually pulled up to the window and waited as well, and there was not anyone in sight, I tried calling the phone number and it doesn't work. I will not return to this McDonald's. Never. thought. I'd. Yelp. a Mickey-D's. But here I am, after a five-and-a-half hour Bolt Bus ride, and I'm truly thankful for this pit stop. The women's bathroom only has three stalls. Bummer. They offer one of the most efficient and quick services I've ever gotten from McDonalds. They almost always have my mobile orders ready when I get inside or almost ready. When I order inside its only 1-2 minute wait. My wife prefers this play place for my daughter over other locations too. Its a McDonalds so 3 is a 5 for fast food restaurants. Go here. I was in the drive thru 08/29/21 11:20AM. I had a lady ask me what i wanted, so i wanted mcgriddles. she said it was lunch and we couldnt have them. then some guy started asking me what i wanted, cutting off the lady. so i just responded that i wanted mcgriddles - TO SOME NEW GUY WHO INTERJECTED - the lady then proceeds to catch an attitude and tell me that we dont got it and that its lunch and she already told me. i explained i didnt know who i was talking to and both gave me attitude. how is your establishment going to make a mistake and get angry with the customer. not professional at all. just SAD. read more

I went through the deliverary around 1:45AM after a taco bell door dash pickup order went through an hour before and when we went to get our food they said it was never made and they closed at 1:30 due to staff shortage. We dealt with that and were recommended to the Mcdonalds down the road that was the only other place open at the time. No vegetarian options, makes sense considering the time. I got 3 mcchickens and a double cheeseburger while my friend got a large fry. It was the best mcdonalds double cheese ive had due to them simply not drowning it in ketchup and mustard which is usually the unfortunate case. I'm eating the mcchickens now and they are quality (2/3 so far). There are 3 mcdonalds closer to me however the taco bell incident is what introduced us. Not the best place to eat if your in a hurry. Sometimes....SOMETIMES, u cam get in and out fast but 75% of the time, plan on waiting for "fast food!" I literally jist waited in the drive thru line for 27 mins and NOBODY ever took my order. I witnessed 3 other people get tired of waiting to order and just left. I also got tired and aggravated of waiting 27 mins to order "fast food," so i also left w/o ordering. Pretty sad customer service if u ask me. As far as McDonald's go, this one isn't bad at all. The staff have been friendly and the place is pretty clean. The best part of this location is the enourmous PlayPlace.
