I just wanted to leave a review for this Burger King because this one usually doesn't mess up my special orders, or make me sick. Every once in awhile something won't be hot enough.... but shit happens. I don't ever order the burgers (I just don't prefer hamburger meat). I get the chicken sandwich. I don't like the recent change in the chicken they use now (trying to be Chick-Fil-A or Popeyes, but the texture is never right. That's not the fault of the store or the employees but the company as a whole. The employees here really are THE best. There is one woman in particular with a small voice who is always so sweet and has the best customer service. read more

We usually have a great experience here but today was the complete opposite. The lady taking our order was completely rude and kept cutting us off. Regardless, we kept our positive attitude and let it go. Once we got to the window, they ran our card and said it was declined. But when we called the bank it said there was no transaction even attempted. Then when they handed us drinks, they handed four large sodas in one cup holder with one hand. The cup holder snapped and three large sodas went all over my sister in law, and the floor of her car. Not once did anyone apologize or anything. Instead they just asked what drinks needed to be made. Then they shut the window and everyone inside began laughing. Not sure if they were laughing at us and the situation, or something else, but either way everything was super unprofessional and I hope no one has an experience like ours. read more

Very clean, all staff was wearing masks and gloves. Tables are separated for social distancing. Food was super fresh and quick.

Fast food has gone down down down down down thanks to Joe schmoe. We all know this. Do not blame the only workers who are showing up to bust their butts to feed the hungry or the fast food addicted. The food sucks. I don't blame the workers though. Coned off drive-thru's, substandard service from overworked staff & substandard food That possibly could make you sick. That's what you're going to get if you choose to go through a drive-thrun right now. When we went, the fries were hot. The chicken sandwich and Whopper not so great. Again, it's really tasteless, crappy and cold food, probably made with less than quality ingredients because cutting costs or lack of shipments. Out of ketchup, out of Mayo, and even Jimmy John's was out of bread a while back. Eat at home all that you can and if you have room in your freezer, stock up on meat etc. Things are not going to get better. Not for a while anyway. Absolutely terrible service. On Saturday, October 27 at 10:05 the woman manning the drive through (Christina) got into a verbal altercation with her co worker about not having enough help for... I don't know. The shouting was loud and really killed the ambience. The manager, heather, didn't do anything about it, but shied away from the conflict. My food took over twenty to arrive, even though most of it was ready and sitting under the heater. I know that these employees aren't the cream of the job seeking crop, but I mean my god. No management, terrible employees. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

This Burger King is HORRENDOUS. VERY VERY VERY simple order. 4 hamburgers. one, (1) order of 10 piece nuggets. ORDER WAS WRONG on so many levels. They gave me the guys order in line behind me. I gave it back. When they finally got my order right I looked in the bag, the jerk at the driver through assured me my sauce was at the bottom of the bag. Okay., I'll give you the benefit of the doubt even though you fucked up my order originally. Get to work, No BBQ sauce. I got 1 cheeseburger and 3 hamburgers and 8 nuggets. There is only one person working the drive thru that has been nice when I go through here. I regret going here any time she isn't working because everyone else is so rude. They mess up my order every time, forget sauces, and serve stale cold fries and chicken fries. Awful. But this particular gal is pleasant and always makes sure I get hot food, and everything has been correct with her there. Wish I could see her nametag! This is the worst Burger King. When every other other fast food place in town is slammed BK still only has one car in their drive thru. And like an idiot I'll stop because I don't want to wait in line. And they screw up my order every time. Every time. 100% Couple months ago called them up after going through their drive thru minutes earlier. "Does a #6 come with fries"? "Yes it does" they replied. This location is terrible! They forgot to put the cheeseburger in the kids meal bag. When I went back up to the counter they corrected it by slapping a slice of cold cheese on it. The burger was so small and smashed no wonder they forgot to put it in the bag, they couldn't find it! Another issue I have is the women's bathroom. The first stall was so terribly dirty. Its all I could think about during the meal. The only reason I was there is because hubby loves BK. I told him next time I get to choose where we eat and its not going to be BK. read more

This was the last time we will ever go there RUDEST people ever, I have got cold chicken fries 3 times and old ones a few times I usually just roll with it for lack of time but this time they were FROZEN in the middle I went in and asked for new ones mind you this is all after I waited 10 minutes for them to cook chicken they made it clear it takes 7 minutes every time I ordered something that had chicken. The guy cooking argued with me that I was lying and they were FRESH!!!!! Only because I had to include a star rating. If it were up to me there would be no star. THIS IS THE WORST BURGER KING ON THE FACE OF THE PLANET! Several nights, about 11pm, I'd attempt to go there to grab a bite, since I work late, and they'd have everything closed down. I'd drive all the way to the Medford location thereafter and I finally asked the manager there what time does the white city location close. She told me they Should be opened till midnight. After telling her that they close everything even before 11pm, she reported them to their regional. The last time I got food at this location, I waited on the drive thru for 20 minutes. They kept coming to the window saying it'll be about 2 minutes. At the 20 minute mark, the manager came to the window and said there were new employees and they kept messing up on my order. She then parked me and I waited another 10 minutes for them to bring me my order. RIDICULOUS! read more

Do not go here if you are in a hurry.The service gets slower and slower.Last time I was there, (and I do mean the last time), cars were backed up in the drive-thru for over 1/2 hour. One lady got out of her car and came inside and said to get it moving or let them back out as their lunch time was over. There was an elderly gentleman trying to work the drive-thru who kept throwing up is hands and freaking out.They had 1 guy putting orders together and taking orders at the same time. Terrible Restaurant. Me and some friends went there to get some burgers on the road. One wanted to get food from the McDonalds across the street, then he planned to join us and eat at Burger King. However, as soon as he walked in, the Manager said: "Not up in here," and blatantly said that our friend could eat the McDonalds outside but not with us inside. For what reason he did this was not apparent, for he did not explain his reasoning.
