I dont have very high expectations for service at fast food establishments but this Burger King is horrible. I was there at 2:20 today and ordered a simple vanilla shake. I rolled up to the window....saw my moms shake on the counter already made. I waited for several minutes while the team members talked to one another and filled other orders. The Team member at the window never looked at me, never took my money and didn't acknowledge us sitting there. As the shake was melting and 3 sodas were filled and sat on the counter and they still didn't acknowledge us, I drove off, I didnt pay because they never opened the window. Went to Highway 55 instead....that will be my new place for moms shake. Guess its hard to find Team members that have any type of pride in themselves and the job they perform. Im sure it started with the leadership. read more

Please do yourself a favor and save your money. Don't go here. I went today 10/14/1014 and ordered a chicken sandwich without mayo and a large French fry with no salt. First off, I never received a receipt. The chicken sandwich was cold, hardly any lettuce (lettuce wasn't fresh tasting), and the fries had salt and were cold. I will never go there again. read more

Just disgusting. I usually only do reviews to help a local business when I like them don't like giving bad reviews. Consistency is the badge for chain "restaurants", I live around the corner from this one, and have left the drive thru 3 or 4 times, because there was no movement or I could not communicate with the drive through person. So husband and I actually went in a couple of months ago, really gross, flies, disgusting floors, bathrooms, we could not eat our food after seeing what was going on in the restaurant. I used to love Burger King in the 80's and 90's, they are getting to be as low as Hardees. yuck read more
