Poor service and i was given an entirely different quesadilla than the one i had ordered. I only ordered a single item. This is not nearly the first time and if it's not wrong it's usually undercooked. And the kiosks to order inside are awful. Ordered online. App said Order being prepared. Waited 20 minutes in Lobby before asking staff the status of my order. They looked it up and then started making it. I'm assuming there is some misapplied measurement of performance where the management is rated on time between submitting of order and preparing instead of measuring time between submission of order and customer receiving their order. read more

This was my first time ordering a crunch wrap supreme and I don't eat at Taco Bell very often but upon biting into it I knew something was off. The flavor of a bulky tortilla shell, tomato, and sour cream were all I could taste. I proceeded to tear away some of the bulky flour tortilla and bite it again. This time the pungent flavor of nacho cheese only. After that I unwrapped it to find out why the flavors were off. Inside it was smothered in sour cream tomatoes and lettuce on top of the crunchy corn shell and under that there was about a tablespoon of nacho cheese smeared on the shell and about 1tablespoon of meat smashed in the corner of it. I never even tasted the meat when I bit into it. I ended up throwing it away, I def won't be eating at any Taco Bell's anytime soon. All I can say is unappetizing! read more

Got my order wrong, then got it wrong again when I asked for it to be fixed. The entire process seemed like an inconvenience to the lead cook/manager, but all the other employees were friendly. After it was finally fixed (again, after 2 attempts to get the order right) the food tasted burnt. I wasn't the only person with an incorrect order, based on the amount of people entering the lobby to get their orders corrected. Okay, first time they messed up the vegetarian items I ordered by putting beef in half of them. An now tonight, I pull up after getting my food, to double check I have everything I ordered... and then from the drive-through window I hear someone yell "lady get out of the drive-through." 1. I know this isn't a 5 star restraint, but I've NEVER been yelled at to move. 2. There was no one behind me, nor ordering at the drive through menu. So why? 3. After driving way confused by what just happened..... and I pull over to find out that I in fact was missing one of my food items and my drink. Great. 4. All of the food items I did receive were basically falling apart and looked like they were literally thrown together. Like you couldn't take 1 more minute to grill the Crunchwrap so that it wasn't just a folded mush ball. I'll just drive 2 more miles from now on instead of waisting my time and money at this location. read more

Absolutely terrible. It was already a 45 minute wait time to get through the line so in began very poorly. I finally arrive at the window to get my food and they ask me if I got 5 burritos. Nope i gave her my online order again $5 box and some melts. She goes back 5 minutes later comes back and gives me my food. Im already running late back to work so I don't get a chance to check my bag. Somehow they still managed to give me the 5 burritos I had told her I did not order. How?? I've been on Yelp for many years and have never been so disrespected I felt the need to leave a review before, so this is my first one. Absolutely the worst Taco Bell in the area by far. Rude and ignorant workers who don't care one bit about their jobs or making the food properly. They WILL make your food incorrectly, forget one (or more) items, not give you any sauce, give you the completely wrong order, not put meat in your taco (as some kind of joke?), all of the above, OR just tell you they are closed in the middle of the day when they don't want to make your order. The consistent ineptitude they show makes me even wonder if they're following proper food safety protocols. Stay far away from this location. read more

Doesn't even deserve a single star. I work nearby and eat here usually once a week, spending upwards of 25$ a visit. Even with entire shift changes and entire shift rehiring, this Taco Bell is by far the worst fast food establishment in the surrounding area(s). The disrespect, laziness, and out right ignorance displayed by ever member of the team is astonishing. Would give it negative stars if I could. Worst food place I've ever seen and employees are well, I think there just to hang out. Can imagine the sanitation of the food prep area is kept up about as good as a Wheezy's pants. Order will always be wrong, you'll stay for an hour waiting and just listen to obscenities shouted out the entire time you wait. Don't go here unless you want dirty food nasty food and poor if even that good of service. Place should just shut down and save anyone else the hassle of even having to think about the possibility of wanting a decent meal. If they did put meat in the shells I'm sure it would be nasty too but I can't tell you cuz they left it out of everything I ordered... sad excuse for a food restaurant. Changing my review to 1 star. When i first moved here it was great. Food always correct. The past couple months it has been getting progressively worse. The employees MANAGER INCLUDED are too busy goofing off to get orders correct. This all culminated with them not paying attention and putting jalapeno sauce on a mini quesadilla for my 2 YEAR OLD. The manager hid in the back while i dealt with a cashier. The manager wouldn't even look at me even though he heard everything going on. Please whoever is in charge do something because your employees and managers are paying so little attention they are burning children. read more

Anytime Stephaine P is at the register, we will immediately walk out and go to McDonalds. He always messes up our orders, and he's rude. Last time we came here, he messed up my order, and didn't even take my friends order. Just walked away. After waiting at the register for a few minutes, he looked at us, shrugged his shoulders and walked in the other direction. I finally asked someone else if my friend could order. This time, he completely messed up my friends order, and it was a hassle to get it corrected.
