Chain restaurants typically get bad reviews, but I feel compelled to give this restaurant credit for the work they've done and continue to do. This, by far, has been the best Burger King restaurant I've ever set foot in. We live less than a mile from here, so we tend to be regular drive-thru customers and sometimes dine in. What makes it great? 1. The food is well prepared, and they do well wrapping up the sandwiches, keep the fries or hash browns in their package, and put everything in an appropriately-sized bag. 2. The service staff are nice and friendly. One time, we had to hang out in the restaurant for a bit longer than usual because our place was getting painted. They were kind and welcomed us to stay as long as we needed to. (Of course, we paid for meals during the time we were there.) 3. The dining room is very spacious, has a variety of seating options -- booths, tables, single stations (like a study cubicle with outlets), and a semi-private living room set-up with a TV! 4. The tables and chairs are clean! Either customers do a great job cleaning up after themselves or the staff make sure to keep tables and chairs clean. One doesn't have to hunt for a clean table when dining in. 5. The parking lot is wide, clear of debris, and has a nice layout. It's so much safer for everyone to have a clear division between foot traffic and vehicle traffic, and not having parking spaces right next to the restaurant eases the flow of traffic. 6. The restrooms are clean, spacious, and smell so good! The only suggestion I have to make it a 5-star fast food restaurant is to reduce the kitchen noise level. I worked at Burger King in Oak Park, MI in 1981-82, and one thing we learned from our managers was that the customers should never hear chatter from workers behind the counter. The only voices you should hear are the cashiers calling out orders over the microphone (it was different back in the day). Employees should not be yelling or talking loudly to each other even if it's related to work, and never, ever discuss personal stuff that customers can hear. This is often overlooked when training staff. Other than that, this fast food restaurant should be credited for the work they do, the place they maintain, and the food they prepare. In today's world, it's difficult to find a pleasant fast food experience. Kudos! read more

I don't visit here often, as fast food usually isn't my thing. But, on occasion, I get a craving for something salty and greasy! Sadly, about 1/3 of the time, something in my order is wrong when I come to this store. Either I get soda instead I'll f the tea I ordered or I get chicken instead of the burger I ordered, but rarely is my order correct. I'm inclined to say, "it's Burger King, what do you expect?". But, I'm the end, you should still get what you ordered at the very least. Not to mention, this is probably the slowest BK I've ever been to. read more

I hadn't had a Burger King in a decade or more. I used to live live Whoppers. This Location has been there since I was a boy. Always clean, always staying open while other BK's went down. Pulled up, zero line in either lane. I was first asked "are you here for ToGo?" Already, that's funny, as opposed to eating in the drive thru?? Ha. I said "no" she told me "this is the lane for Togo food". Looking over I'm guessing she wanted me to get in the other line with zero people around anywhere. I said "ok" she said nothing else, I waited for a few quiet seconds and drove away. So, revenue lost-with zero attempt to give me an indication of what the "Togo" lane meant. 1 car parked, manager on his cell as I drove by seating area. No one else but employees. Why even stay open anymore. I just wanted a whopper. If you (anyone from BK) read this and laugh then, what are you doing at all?? 22 years owning and working restaurants. we were through the drive through 3 times and went inside 2 times because we didn't have the rite sandwiches my wife's sandwich had no tomatoes on it and it was supposed to so she went in and they made her the rite sandwich came out to the car and we prayed and I opened my sandwiches and instead of 2 big king sandwiches they decided to make me 2 cheeseburgers 1 patty on each with ketchup pickles and onion and mustard not what I ordered I hate mustard went in and talked to the manager she would make two more and they came out with no onion and no lettuce and then they kicked my wife out and told my wife that they made the sandwiches 3 times and she had to leave locking the door behind her when she asked why they locked the door the man said they closed the diner part at 7:00 it was now apparently 6:30 and they don't close the diner till 10:00 would you eat here? Horrible service! Waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes then went inside because the line wasn't moving. Since I'm medically unable to wear a mask and have to carry a doctor's note stating that I can't I informed the manager who didn't have a problem with it. However the only other person working in the back stopped working to come up front. I explained my condition and I just needed a pop. He angerly refused me service and made me leave. This is probably the worst burger king in the area. While it looks great on the outside, that's about as far as it goes. The service is continually horrible and slow. My standards usually aren't that high for fast food, but this place isn't even close to meeting them. Usually you're looking at least a 10-15 minute trip through the drive thru, which is insane for a place with two drive thru lanes. On one occasion I thought I'd stop on the way to work, after sitting at the speaker for 2-3 minutes with no response I pulled around to find an employee washing the drive thru lane with no one taking orders mat 7:30 in the morning. read more

I've come to the conclusion that McDonald's has the driest burgers around. However, this Burger King sure seems like they are tied for the driest meat on a bun. I only ate about 3/4 of my double cheeseburger because it was so dry and nasty. They need to stop making them up so far in advance and cook them when they're ordered (or maybe only hold them for a max of 5 minutes before they throw them out). The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 star which is what the burger deserves is because both of the people I dealt with in the drive through were friendly and smiled. This is the worst Burger King I've ever been to. This is even worse than the Burger Kings in the ghetto where they have to have a security guard at the bathroom door to make sure guys aren't going in with hookers! It is a silly little establishment. First the service is pitifully slow compared to other Burger Kings in the area and other fast food establishments like McDonald's or Arby's. It's not uncommon for me to have to wait 10+ minutes for my food. Somebody needs to remind the manager that Burger King is supposed to be 'FAST FOOD'. I say it is a silly establisment because they have two entrances at the drive thru for ordering food. Yet, the problem isn't with ordering it's with them keeping up and making the food timely. Somebody also needs to tell the manager to hire more employees if they can't keep up! It's not uncommon for their to be 7 cars in front of me all waiting for food. Second, the service blows! The lady during the am and lunch that takes the drive thru orders can be extremely rude! She actually once asked for an order from a friend of mine by saying "What?" There was no, "Welcome to Burger King...". I haven't experienced this over the last couple weeks so maybe they fired her. Third, the food is mediocre. What inspired me to write this review was actually due to the burger I purchased yesterday. I ordered the A1 Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger. This is one of their 'larger' burgers. Yet they served it on a skimpy little cheeseburger bun. The burger was hanging over the bun by a full inch on all sides. To make it worse they literally put approximately 3 tablespoons of A1 sauce on it. The burger was smothered in sauce and since the burger overhanged the bun it dripped all over while trying to eat it. Using a bun that is sized to fit the burger and using a reasonable amount of sauce (like 1 tbsp instead of 3) should be common sense. Like I said, this is a silly little establishment. You are much better off driving a mile further and going to McDonald's off Chicago Drive. read more

I tried this place a few times (drive-thru). Service was slow. Then I ate inside once. YUCK! There were gnats or something flying around. I didn't finish my food and left. I have stopped once afterwards but it was for one of those prepackaged Hershey pies that I knew wouldn't be contaminated. read more

Went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 Whopper Jrs, 2 Chocolate Cookies and Chocolate Shake. Picked up the order at the window and only had one Whopper Jr. that so poorly wrapped the it was falling out and apart. Went in and got my other Whopper and left, never to return again. read more

Horrible customer service and the manager Will is very short tempered and very rude. We had to wipe our own table of for Pete's sake. All the while while staff was just standing around talking amongst themselves. I ordered the Sour Dough King meal, and by all accounts and signage this should be a double burger. When I asked the manager why it's a single Patty instead of a double he was very short with me and rude. While the signage, marketing pictures throughout the restaurant make no mention of a single burger, even the menu doesn't have a price option for a single sour dough king. Them manager could not answer my seemingly simple question, he then proceeded to get irate and called the police on me.
