We eat at this location regularly, or used to. This is the third time I've bit into gristle and had to spit out several bites in a single sandwich. First time here. The ordering process was interesting because they had employees standing out in the cold in the drive through lane taking orders. The employee handing my food to me was very kind and patient, even though they were very busy. Once I got back to the office and saw my order: 8 piece of chicken nuggets (not fried), fruit instead of fries, and I had my drink. My order came to $9 and the amount of chicken and fruit for $9 was very disappointing. It tasted great, but I'm never ordering this again as it was so expensive. read more

Besides being the home of magical chicken. I feel Chick-fil-A is excelling at operating during COVID. they typically have a fast drive through but when they went to drive through only I was worried about how long the waits would be. They have somehow designed their drive through during COVID so that wait times are nearly the same as they were pre-pandemic. As somebody who works in manufacturing and logistics I have a high level of appreciation for this. My favorite items are the milkshakes, spicy delux chicken sandwich and of course the fries. Hot take: Chick-fil-A fries are the second best fast food fries in the world. (McDonald's is #1 for me) If you haven't had it yet then you should go tonight. read more

Wow. This establishment knows how to run a Business. Busy friday night, we go inside to get some good ol' chick fil a and the line was running smoother than a babies butt. We order and sit down and the food comes out almost instantly! The atmosphere was great. About 10 minutes after getting our food, the manager was taking laps around the joint and cracking jokes and giving refills. He gave me a refill on my beverage and the manager even said "My pleasure!" 10/10 I will be coming back. EDIT: He just took our tray. This is unbelievably amazing. read more

We drove through for breakfast bowls and a fruit cup. The service was the usual gold standard of pleasant efficiency. The breakfast bowl was the nice balance of eggs, potatoes, chicken with cheese. I just ate the fruit 7 hours after purchase. A wonderful blend of strawberries, mandarin oranges and crisp juicy red and green apples! Refreshing! read more

AWFUL! ZERO STARS! Charged for food I never ordered and could not even confirm it or check it before leaving! They mandate you to interact with a person instead of placing your order safely, without people contact, at a speaker. A guy with a pad wants you to give your order to him, no menu in sight, he ordered a bunch of food I didn't order, I had to pay with a card without being able to SEE what he put in as my order! I was pushed along , handed a bag and told to move ahead, couldn't see my order and all the extra food that was ordered and charged for until I left! What the heck RIDICULOUS system is this they have going? I don't want a person 6 inches from my face in my car window- I want to safely place my order, contactless, at a speaker, see my order on a screen to verify, and pay. Stopped right at opening. 630am. On a road trip and decided chicken for breakfast wAs the food we needed! The interior is VERY clean. The drive through is full and the staff is worrying so well together that it's actually quiet inside. Early in the morning that's shocking. Bathrooms were perfect. We ordered 3 chicken biscuits and 1 chicken egg and cheese bagel. $13 total. The cashier was so vibrant and smiley. The staff is so positive. Nice atmosphere. Yum! I've been to this Chick Fil A at least 5 times now and I definitely think it deserves a review. Usually fast food runs on a... it-is-what-it-is system but this chick fil a location makes it feel like more than fast food. *just realized that reads dramatic but srsly*. The counter can be a little hectic but when you dine in the runners always make sure to find you and bring you your food and they're always SO kind. The food is spectacular. I waited less than 5 minutes in a PACKED drive thru so they really get you in and out and the quality doesn't suffer one bit. I have never had anything less than 'just like the picture', great tasting, fresh food from here and I think they deserve the recognition. This location is A++ read more

This is an excellent Chick-fil-A. I appreciate all the ways they are always striving to get better. The line system is great and fast, even in busy times. The line was to the back of the store,but our wait was still less than 5 minutes. The mobile ordering is great. But the best part is that in West Michigan, where workers are scarce and causing customer service to suffer, Chick fil A continues to find and develop great leaders who make me feel like my chicken sandwich is their life's work. Never have been to one of these before today and must say it was very good! Even though the place was busy we got thru quickly and our food came out fast too. I had chicken strips, waffle fries and a frosted lemonade. The frosted lemonade is a MUST have! The staff was very friendly and helpful. read more

This is my first visit to Chick-fil-A, and it was a stop in as I was headed north and needed some breakfast. Kind of weird to have chicken for breakfast, but must say that the chicken sandwich was very good, the price was excellent and the service was quick, thorough and friendly. When I think that this is by far, is the healthiest fast-food restaurant that I've been for breakfast, I feel pretty good about that. One more thing, I really did like their coffee-much better than most. I will be back and recommend it to my friends. read more

My faves are the grilled nuggets with Chick-fil-A sauce, cookies and cream shake, and the lemonade. Waffle fries need to be fried a little longer though; not dark enough in my opinion. One of my favorites!! Sooo glad it came to Holland. You are greeted as you walk in, there is someone cleaning and another person just simply cleaning. There is also plenty of staff taking the orders. Orders are delivered to you, and they grab refills for you, as you're eating. Nice place to chill and research and spend awhile too. The service tonight (July 16, 2021) at the Holland, MI, location was deplorable. They were more interested and focused on moving cars through the line rather than getting the order right. And when we got home, the order was wrong. Asking people to pull head and wait ... and wait ... and wait ... is inexcusable.
