I absolutely love this place! Have only been a handful of times, but every time I am impressed with not only the food, but the service! I'm a sucker for the Pastrami Sandwich with jalapeño poppers instead of fries. I took off one star only because the last couple times I got the Pastrami sandwich, there was a bit too much mustard and it was just hard to eat. I kept making a sour face! I pushed through though because the meat and bun are just so darn good. Maybe next time I'll just ask them to go easy on the mustard, but I'll definitely be back :) read more

Lady at the register was nice. It took 25 minutes to get my food, and when I did they forgot the fries. The did eventually give me my fries. I ordered the pastrami burger, and fries. The burger was ok nothing great just average. The fries weren't fresh they were frozen and overly salted. The floor was sticky and the room was hot didn't feel like the air conditioner was on. Ok we decided to see if things had gotten better and to are joy they are alot better.the place was alot cleaner the young people who where there were not there. The burger was very good very generous on the fires over all i would go back again and recommend the burger shack to my friend's and family .the only thing I would do to make it better would be to tile the floor red and white like the wrapper thats on the burger. Based on the reviews we expected so much more. The food was terrible. The burger and the spicy chicken sandwich was dry and both the chicken and the burger were pounded incredibly thin. Place was dirty. We had to wipe down our own table. Bathroom was dirty and stinky. Fries and corn dog were just frozen and fried. Nothing tasted fresh. Very disappointed. read more

GO HERE ! Honestly , this is such a nice place and every time I go there I get exactly what I wanted . I'm so picky all the time and everytjme someone suggests this to me I'm like " yes please " . The fries , the burgers , the jalepeno poppers , the soda , the interior , the people , the staff . All great to be honest . I always ask for a bacon cheeseburger but with the patty a little less well done . I get exactly what I want and it's bomb . A friend has recommended this place to me. The burgers are good. They taste as though you made them off your own grill at home. The fries are crispy. The shakes definitely topped off the meal. When they first opened the food was excellent. Burgers were amazing, the onion rings were huge and cooked properly. The last two times I've been there they messed up my order. Both times they didn't put the bacon on my bacon double cheese burger. The meat didn't have any flavor, and tasted as if it was in the freezer to long. They must have changed to a cheaper onion rings. They were small, skinny, and they burnt them on top of that. I will not be going back. So disappointing. read more

This place is so good the customer service is amazing the lady who takes orders and answers the phone is so sweet ( i wish i knew her name) this is my go to when i feel like an old fashioned the are always hot and crispy ( never overcooked) and the Milkshakes well at least the strawberry one was so good i usually get the #1 as far as prices it's decent i mean hey! You can get the family special which is $19.99 (plus tax) so its cheaper to me then going to a regular fast-food place and spending close to $30 to feed a family of four. Stayed overnight in Lemoore on the way back from the beach. Wanted something other than fast food chain stuff. Saw the reviews for Burger Shack and decided to give it a try. Boy, my wife and I really enjoyed our meal. Fresh cooked burgers and fries, and a milkshake to die for! On par with In-n-out, without the long lines. Friendly service. Had lunch last week. Staff was very welcoming and explained menu and options. Restraunt is small, only about 7 tables, but clean, fine for a burger joint. Food was done fairly quickly. It was 1:45 so past typical lunch rush. Burgers were good and everything was fresh. Really no complaints, but not that exciting. I know it's just a burger, but that's it...it's just a burger. Fries and onion rings were good, but they are premade frozen, just fried. I would give a 8 out of 10 rating. Maybe will return if in the area. read more
