First, we like giving good reviews. Rarely do we leave a bad one.. However, when service - attitude is absolutely awful it's worth sharing. It started when my DoorDash driver called me and said our order had already been picked up. We obviously didn't pick it up and no other DoorDash driver reached out to us to say they had our order. After a brief argument about putting a new order in which we were not going to place another hundred dollar order. They agreed to remake the order which makes sense.... After about 15 minutes, my DoorDash driver calls me back and says they're not going to make the order. We tried to call the manager and can't get anyone on the phone so we literally had to go up there to talk with the manager. The employees in the back rolled their eyes and did not want to make the order and claimed that they were out of fries and that's why they didn't remake the order. We ended up getting our money back, but what a ridiculous ordeal just to get a hamburger. I would stay away from this place, which is very unfortunate because we have always liked BurgerFi. read more

Walked in and was immediately greeted. Counter person was great. Polite. Food was prepared pretty quickly. Guy from the back came out and bagged my stuff up because the counter person had a giant order coming in. E was very polite as well. The food itself is great. Normally love BurgerFi but this experience was mediocre. I had the veggie burger which was an excellent choice as it was nicely textured and flavorful. However, the usually outstanding fries and onion rings were obviously not cooked in hot enough oil as they were very heavy, soggy and extremely oily. this ruined the whole experience. Disappointing at best. The crew working didn't seem to care about their jobs either as they spent most of their time talking in the back kitchen. read more

Oh my god when I mean price gouging like really bad and ordered just chicken tenders and a drink total was $18.64 and chicken was burnt did not taste good at all and waited 25 minutes and there were only 2 other people in here I don't know how this place stays open average price for chicken tenders and a drink should be around $12 read more

We haven't been to Burger Fi for some time. We will now be going to the Beach Walk area often and we're happy to see that one had opened here. We were there about 8pm. They had at least 6 people working including a "manager". We saw one customer come and go and another as we were leaving. So not busy at all. We both ordered double burgers. I got the CEO and we also ordered the Bacon Cheese burger. We got a large French Fry to share. Meal was $33 without drinks as we had our own. CEO was pretty tasty and unique as it was a mixture with Wagu. The Bacon Cheeseburger was good as well although you have to add the condiments you want from packets because they wouldn't add them fkor you. Kind of a pain especially paying $12 each for a burger. No plastic utensils available other than one plastic knife. No little cups for ketchup, had to ask for them. 6 people working. Several dirty tables and trays on tables etc. Problem is 1) our fries were a heaping tray of overcooked crumbles. There was not one Fry that was even close to being even a 1/4 of a Fry. It's like we got the bottom of the leftover basket. We thought that was odd. We ate our burgers and nobody ever checked on us out of the 6+ people there. So finally, I called someone over. I asked if that's the way their fries always come. She had a strange look on her face and said absolutely not and apologized. She said she didn't understand why they would serve the fries like that. She apologized again and offered a refund for the fries or to remake them. We were almost done with the burgers and disgusted by the greasy mess we took the refund. She said the manager would have to do it. The manager never came to apologize and to add insult to injury only refunded $4.99 and we paid $6.99. WOW My other concern is the 2nd person bringing the fries out thought it was acceptable to serve that mess too. WOW again. 2) I had decided to download their app since we were going to start coming here more often. I asked how to add my points from the purchase I just made and the one lady said she didn't know and nobody else was will to look at it or help. They told me to call customer service. So, I deleted the app and we left never to return. They can keep the extra $2+ and their poor service and bad fries. I DO NOT recommend this location for sure!!! read more

The good, Burger was fresh cooked and good. The bad, fries came out cold, ask for fresh fries and watched the guy dump the cold fry's back into the fryer. No plastic forks or knives in the dispensers, no ketchup in the pumps, coke machine looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a week, food on floor from previous diners not swept up. This is the most difficult burger review I've ever done. The last time I went to BurgerFi was around 10 years ago in Tampa before a Spring Training Game at a George Steinbrenner Field. The food was great and I've wanted to eat there again many times over the years. When the BurgerFi opened in Saint Johns I read the Yelp reviews and was very disappointed by what I read. I decided to let them be open for a while to get their stuff together before I go there. Now many months have passed and I decided to try the Saint Johns BurgerFi. Sadly, they still don't have their $hit together. Disappointed is an understatement. I ordered a double burger. It comes with 1 piece of lettuce, 1 slice of tomato and special sauce. I added some raw onions to it. I don't have the receipt so I don't know if there was a charge for that. I then asked for a large fry and the cashier said the large fry is enough for 4 people . I said thanks for letting me know. I'll take the small. I than ordered a large coke and than discovered that there is only one size cup and that holds about 12 ounces after some ice. The total for these 3 items was $19.99 give or take a few pennies. I wanted to order a milk shake but that would have pushed the bill to over $25 and I wasn't ready to pay that for a fast food lunch. $25 for a burger. That's crazy!!!! To add insult to the price I was shown that I could leave a 20% tip on top of that. A 20% tip would put the tip to $30. WTF??? I was ready to leave and go to Texas Roadhouse or even Outback for an inexpensive steak instead. On top of it the cashier was very condescending. I didn't get dressed up or even shower before going there. I was getting a burger and dressed for a drive thru. However, even looking less that perfect, the last thing I expected was an attitude from a minimum wage employee who didn't like my appearance. I really didn't care and just ignored her attitude because at that time, my hunger was in control of my mind. The burger.... . It was extremely well seasoned and based on taste was the best burger I had in many years at a fast food establishment. HOWEVER, it was very greasy. Extremely greasy. Since I declined to provied a tip I wondered if that was the reason why my single tomato slice was the top of the tomato when I bit into the part we're the stem is attached. The top is normally discarded. Otherwise, it was an unbelievable burger experiance. The fries....... They were a horible disappointment. According to the Maps App, BurgerFi is 3.8 miles from my home. Upon arriving at home, the fries were the 1st thing I attempted to eat. They were already ice cold and soggy like they had been sitting for a long time. If I had purchased a large for 4 people I would have really have been more pissed off than I already was. After finishing the burger I dove into the cold soggy fries. They were really the worst. The oil that the fries were cooked in really needs to be changed because it had severe an old oil taste. Worst fries I've had in years and they were fresh cut. That's really bad. The drive thru..... You can't order food at the drive thru. It's only for picking up app orders! The amount you're making on your $20 "combo" meals buy a speaker box so we can order at the drive thru. You're losing business trying to change the face of fast trying to be trendy with app pick up only???? What a joke. I may go back but it will be for only the burger. Everything else isn't worth it. I may order on the app and sit at the pick up window until I get my food during rush hour. We'll see. I refuse to pay $30 for 1 fast food lunch. After this visit I really don't think BurgerFi will be here very long. That's sad because I've seen a great version of BurgerFi in Tampa. The Saint Johns version is a 180 degree version of that. read more

Close location for my family and I to get a decent burger and some fries! Ordering on the app is easy, and they have a pick up window so you don't even have to go inside to pick up your mobile order. They did forget the kids juice and the sauces that were requested on the app for the wings that we ordered, so that was a little annoying. We dined-in and watched a loop on the screen of burgers, fries and shakes. What we received looked nothing like the video we watched. I don't know when they changed to being "smashed-burgers", but my burger was spilling out of the sides of the bun. The toppings were non-existent in between the two patties. This is the first (and last) time I will go to a Burger Fi. My favorite casual dining item is a good burger and fries so I've had many. This is possibly the WORST burger and fries I've had. The service was less than average. Asked what was in the fi sauce and she said 'I don't know, its a special sauce created by Burger Fi' I asked for my burger cooked medium but she said can only cook done. That should have clued me in. The picture on the menu does not indicate it was a smash burger, but that is essentially what it is. The burger was way overcooked with some toppings dumped on it. The bun cracked when you picked it up which almost made it impossible to eat (which doesn't matter because the taste was essentially burnt) I wanted to cut the burger in half to try and eat it, but no knives or forks in the dispenser and of course the the cashier was no where to be found. We ordered the fry and cry which is fries and onion rings. I can't tell if both were just overcooked or if the oil was just so old that it ruined the taste. Both were essentially inedible. The kicker was that the cost of this meal was $40 for two standard cheeseburgers, one fry and two drinks. And on top of that they want you to give a tip (choices are 15, 20 or 25 percent) You have to go into custom to actually not leave a tip for ordering at the counter, getting my own drink and cleaning up our tray. read more

Went here the other day with my dad and I. I spent $46 dollars for 2 burgers 2 fries and 2 soft drinks. The prices are absurd for the food you're getting. The burgers are just ok (Culver's is much better). On a positive note the fries are great. I work in the area and know a lot of people here in St John's County. Worst experience ever, this was my first visit ever. I was so looking forward to it. My daughter and I ordered 1 chicken salad 1 bacon cheeseburger and 2 shakes to go. $38.00. 2 minutes in they bring the shakes out 20 minutes later they bring out the food (shakes are melted of course). And of course, I'm upset and voice it not loud, but he didn't like the adjectives I chose. He threw me out and did not refund me and kept my receipt. If your only concern is my language and not your food quality and service, then you don't deserve my hard-earned money. read more
