I've been coming here for years, and it's hands down one of the best burgers I've ever had. This place is small, kinda old-school, but that just adds to the charm. Inside, it's bar-style seating, and outside, there are picnic tables. Super casual, nothing fancy, just amazing food. The burgers are killer, and the fries? Even a small order is huge, easily enough for two or three people to share. Some of my best memories are grabbing lunch here with friends, just hanging out and enjoying a great meal. It's the kind of spot that never changes, and that's what makes it special. If you're in Paris, TX, and want a legit, no-frills burger joint, this is the place. Great burger! Just what I was hoping for at a little "hole in the wall" local joint. Service was exceptional and they do not let your drink go empty. Their cook is a "machine". Guy never stopped the entire time we were there. You know the place is a hit when the crowd is lined up outside in 95 degree heat. They do give you way too many fries. Couldn't begin to eat them all. We hit it around 11 and the crowd quickly grew to Standing Room Only. If I am in Paris again it's a redux for sure. read more

Such a quaint little old fashioned burger joint. Very friendly staff. The menu is small(which can be a sign of good burger joint - i.e. In-N-Out, Fatburger). The burgers are good, nothing to rave extensively about, but good. The fries are good as well. The prices aren't bad either. Looooook at that platter of Chicken Fried Bacon. Yep you read it right, "BACON". It was, and I don't say this too lightly, just about like eating a piece of heaven. In fact I suggested that they change the name of the dish to - Crispy Golden Angel Wings - because pigs are God's gift to the world and when you're a good boy, like me, He gives you bacon .... Chicken Fried .... as a reward. Again I saw, Chicken Fried Steak, and I was not disappointed. This is the one thing I could eat everyday. The steak, even though it is a tenderized piece of chuck blade steak, was breaded and cooked to perfection. So juicy, so tender, oh so so so good. The mashed potatoes were so creamy and soft where near a lump could be found, in fact, that was my only complaint because I like slightly lumpy potatoes. These potatoes were homemade from scratch potatoes, and this I know for sure, because no matter how hard you try, there are always small lumps in even the smoothest of mashed potatoes. Milo's mashed potatoes are not even close to being instant. They are perfect. These potatoes will make you so happy, because of their creaminess and the perfectly seasoned gravy to match.
