Being not a native speaker i did think i was ordering a sandwich so i was a little let down to see i was getting what looked fingers. They were okay. Little bland but well breaded. The food runner was very fun and friendly but i had no real interaction with the other staff. I ate most of the fries and left most of the chicken. I couldn't really get behind them. The atmosphere at the Rathaus is warm and typically Swiss, and its views of the Luzern waterfront and Kapellbrücke can't be beat. My brother-in-law ordered two different beers, and said they were the best he's ever had in his life. The most lasting memory for us, however, was our absolutely amazing server on our second visit. She was warm, friendly, funny, and spoke excellent English, giving us tips and recommendations for our Luzern stay. We even shared hugs on our final visit. The Baba Ganoush was really flavorful, deep, fresh, with good texture (smooth with some chunks of eggplant). The taboule was also really fresh tasting and moist.
