7/9/2024 - I was expecting more. Very difficult to locate. There's a side step to locate to get there. It isn't handicap able as well. Tables are smashed together inside to maximize patrons. Service was excellent and items came out fast. Nothing spectacular from what we ordered, classic and tomatoe cheese, came with dry bread cubes, potatoes and we ordered beef cuts and veggies. The beef was the best part. Also, the table are very oddly built. If you are over 6ft 2 inches your knees will hit the under side of the table. A total of 3 stars over all. read more

Be careful if you go here for fondue. The menu has an option for "Family" that notes 2 Adults - $69. We got the bill and it reflected two separate charges for $69 and we assumed it was per person. $138 is a lot for fondue but - it is Switzerland so maybe it was supposed to be $69 each vs $69 for 2 adults., My wife asked another waiter as she was leaving and he affirmed it was $69 total for 2 people, not each. I had already left the restaurant but she tracked down our waiter and help him accountable for what we think was a deliberate overcharge. He refunded us our money and we left quite disappointed in the experience. read more

We got fondue and it was very good! Not very beer tasting (which I preferred). We also ordered a sausage plate so we could dip sausage in the fondue as well. Very good. Service was fine and the vibe was of the place was nice. read more

Dare I say my favorite food experience in Europe! We had the cheese, meat, and chocolate fondue fest, a multi-course experience shared between three people. In addition, we got Raclette fondue, which for dabblers like us is a block of mixed cheese that is slowly crisped/melted onto platters right at the table using exposed heating elements. The fondues really showed off the creaminess of Swiss cheese on a collection of fresh veggies and crisp potatoes cooked just right. We didn't feel the need to order additional sides and had more than enough to eat. Sangria was solid, and the recommended lagers were light and refreshing after a hot day. Chocolate fondue surprisingly did not overwhelm even after this big meal, and I enjoyed how it was smooth and not too sweet. Absolutely delicious overall! That said, it was really the service that made the experience! We were taken care of by Ha, who guided our Fondue experience with steady hand while giving us lots of tips about technique and offering witty conversation every time she attended to us, which was A LOT. We were there at peak hours, which made slight delays totally understandable. And with multi-stage Fondue requiring such frequent and involved service, it was amazing that Ha was able to handle at least two tables besides ours at the same time. In her absence, she would leave cooking and safety pointers for the fast-melting Raclette that both helped us customize our meal ourselves and enhanced our experience with hands-on practice! Amazing. Just make sure to go on an empty stomach. We shared the fondue sampler that started with bread, and potatoes with cheese fondue. You than get meat, Vegas, rice and more potatoes to fondue. The best was the chocolate fondue with fruit and marshmallows for dessert. Make sure to get a spoon for the leftover chocolate. read more
