It was supposed to be a reward for our "loyalty" to Verizon, but once you sign the contract they certainly wont be loyal to you. He told me many times that if I needed to return it that I could. I told him that I would not need to... Well, lo and behold I needed to return the mattress--it's too tall. I called him up and told him I needed to exchange it and it was no problem at all. In fact, he did some measurements on mattresses to make sure that I got exactly what I needed and had it delivered. Honestly, the customer service was excellent. I think he really cared and he really knew the products. Yes, I should've listened to him in the first place, but I'm glad that he was so easy to work with.

Even if they don't have the absolute lowest price (like Wal-Mart or other big-box stores) their customer service, willingness to help, and just all-around midwestern hospitality always make me glad that I did.

The online form on the website is completely a waste of everyone's time -- it got me a message to call. Set up the appointment, and got a call 30 min beforehand to verify they'd be there. Duncan and Dustin showed up on time and did a great job. They worked really hard for two solid hours. The only surprise was being told that there was an extra $200 fee to move one item over 300 lbs. I hate surprises and declined. I had the truck for a few more days and found a neighbor who helped me move that one thing.
