I went to pick it up twice on the day it was supposed to be ready, and the second time I went, the man that now works there pointed out the van that pulled up and told me my dress was in there and that it'd be better for me to pick it up the next day. When I finally picked it up and tried it on at home, it was completely uneven (long in the front, short on one side, uneven on the other side, perfect in the back). I had to take it to another tailor to get it done right, as it's clear this place doesn't do alterations in house anymore. I also tried to call to get in touch over the phone multiple times, and was hung up on every time before I could get one word in.

Paid, got home and took suits out of hangers only to find out no patch job completed. Took back to the shop and explained to the employee the patch job was not completed but I was charged for it. She attempted to counter me saying it was a different patch job and tried charging me again but i refused and kindly explained to her I specifically pointed out the location when I dropped off the first time. She demonstrated her frustration, but decided not to charge me. Had taken a couple of other outfits for dry cleaning there before above mentioned incident and received clothes back like they had been roughly handled-threads pulled out in several locations. Not sure if they use a separate outsourced company to dry clean, but they will continue to lose business if they maintain same practices.

It was so convenient to drop off, and pick up my freshly cleaned laundry. The staff that helped me were nice, and asked a few questions about laundry/washing and drying preferences. The facilities are also super clean. They have many sizes of machines, so I can definitely see myself bringing my bedding and comforters to wash myself, as they are a bit bulky for my at home machine. I don't know about you, but I don't have pictures of my socks and bras. And I don't make it a habit of taking pictures of the clothes in my hamper. When pressed, she said the company has photos they can use to find my items. If a representative bothers to respond to this review, don't believe anything they have to say about this being an anomaly. My clothes were delivered last night, yet when I texted customer service about my missing items, I got this form response: "Hi Crystal - I'm so sorry to hear about the issue with your order. To help us assess and resolve quickly, we'll need a bit more information. If your order was delivered in the last 14 days, please complete our simple claims form here: www.rinse.com/customers/claim. Please include: 1) Photos of the items 2) A link to where the item (or comparable) can be purchased online. Not only has she gone through my laundry occasions without permission and only because I took about five minutes to come back in, mind you there are open there was nobody waiting specifically for my machine, but she was enough and had to go through my things and take my for no reason. Today was the last straw, that woman picks and chooses when she likes people, some lady came in with 10+ bags of laundry so I get it you see signs and treat people with respect, this customer took over 10 , when one was going to open up I thought I was able to use it, but the lady who was there running the show decided she was going to save her all the machines so I ended up leaving.
