I explained and was told they would try to make a bit more room in the sleeves for me, if possible. Within 10 minutes I tried on the dress again and it felt SO much better and fit great. I really appreciate that they listened to me and made every effort for the dress fit me beautifully. Note: If you arrive on the weekend and the building is locked, just give them a call and they'll come get you! The building is an office building so the front door locks on the weekends.

I dropped it off here and within 2 weeks they put a completely new lining in, they even recreated the pockets and the decorative trim on the edges of the lining. It looks just as good as new (and will likely last even longer since the material they used feels even more sturdy).
