We shop at TJs so knew it was pretty new and very well maintained from the outside. I've never been to a laundromat before and the employees were extremely helpful. The location is clean although a few of the washing machines did not smell fresh. I came in mid-afternoon and there were plenty machines available. I found the cost to be a little high but I honestly don't know what the normal cost is, sigh. The employees helped me with the washing machine and I put my money on the wrong dryer and had to move my clothes. When I have heavy items to launder, I would come back. It's worth noting, it is HOT outside but cool in here, even with all the dryers going. Pleasant surprise and very much appreciated.

I would start with 10 minute intervals and add quarters as needed. I almost put in 40 minutes worth of quarters which would have been way too much. The machines operate on coins only, specifically quarters. There is a change machine on hand to break down small bills up to a $20 bill into quarters. They have a laundry service as well. I noticed people dropping off and picking up their laundry. Not too crowded on a Sunday afternoon. Very pleased. In addition, there are more than 6 casual dining places within the same plaza, so you can grab a bite to eat while waiting for clothes to wash and dry.

During my visit today, I loaded two large-capacity washers, added the appropriate amount of detergent according to the detergent instructions, selected the warm water setting, and started the machines as usual. When the cycles were complete, I immediately noticed that many of the clothes still smelled unwashed and felt as though detergent and soil had not been fully rinsed away. Some items were only damp, some were extremely wet, and others felt almost dry, as though they had not been washed properly. The clothing also retained the same odor it had before being washed. I brought my concerns to the attendant. She checked the washer briefly and stated that because the clothes were wet, the machine had washed them. However, my concern was not whether water had touched the clothing, but that the wash cycle did not appear to clean the clothes properly. I was left with no option but to move everything into another washer and pay to wash all of my laundry a second time. As a result, I spent approximately double what I normally spend on laundry. I was disappointed that there was no attempt to investigate whether the machine malfunctioned or to offer any assistance, reimbursement, or courtesy rewash despite my being a long-time customer. I understand that equipment issues can happen. My frustration comes from having to pay twice to wash the same load and feeling that my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. I hope management will review the condition and performance of the machines so that other customers do not experience the same problem.

It's not big, but it's packed with brand new machines and what's more, it has seating. Like a good amount of seating. I get that laundromats don't want people to loiter but come on. I went on a Monday night, thinking it wasn't going to be busy. Boy was I wrong, it was busy! One of the two coin changers was not working and had an out of order sign. Aside from the broken machine and a few lint balls on the floor - I was pretty impressed with this store. Overall it was pretty clean and bright compared to other Laundromats I've been to. The attendant greeted me when I came in and helped everyone w/ bringing in their laundry - I have never ever seen this at any of the other Laundromats I've been to. Maybe it's because I don't frequent them enough but I really like the way they run their business here. They even give away prizes every month which I thought was a nice gesture but not sure why a Laundromat would do that. I used their biggest machine - I believe the attendant told me it had a 75lb capacity? It was $8.00 for the hot wash and for one of the large dryers it was $0.25 for every 3 minutes. I washed 2 comforters, one king & one queen, and it took me only 35 minutes. When the wash was completed the comforters were only slightly damp which was strange since I know I saw water soaking them. I asked the attendant about it and I guess the washers spin so fast that it dispels most of the water - allowing for quicker drying, which is always a plus in my book. I had the comforters in the dryer for only 25 minutes and they were completely dry! I was in and out of there in just under an hour - AMAZING! I thought my experience was good and warranted a review so if you're in the Manassas area and need a Laundromat, I don't see any reason why you wouldn't come here - this is now my go to spot for comforters!

They send out the dry cleaning so there's a week turn-around time but that seems to be the case most places. Employees are very friendly and remember repeat customer names. Mr. Quentin was becoming my favorite tailor. He accomplished a very difficult feat on a higher end shirt I thought was destined for the trash. Prices were reasonable, work was excellent, and he was there 2 times/week and worked efficiently. He hasn't been there the last few weeks so I called today to see if he's back and they said he no longer works there. I'm so sad!!!!
