Once they were up in the attic, they easily identified the issue and were able to provide a solution to the problem. Never once did they try to upsell or convince me that I needed more pricey repairs. Brenden clearly explained the problem and the fix prior to doing the work. He was very professional and knowledgeable. It is beyond refreshing to have such a great experience with a home repair. It is so comforting having a reliable and honest company that truly cares about the customer, as well as their quality of work. When I need a new roof or any other roof repair, ALP will be my choice!

I had an older roof and was damaged from a hail storm last May. He handled everything with the insurance company. We had a new roof installed by them, and then we decided to replace our siding which was faded after 68 years. We now have a "new" house thanks to ALP. I can't emphasize enough the quality work, supplies, and workers that did the work. You just simply can't go wrong with them. Here are some before and after pictures.

Apparently they are unfamiliar with the fact that they are on Groupon so I had to call back when someone from the company was in the office to get on the schedule. They had availability for two weeks later. I wasn't in a rush so I don't mind the wait. I wasn't scheduled for the 12-4 time window. On the day of I had a work commitment that came up last minute. They were very accommodating when I called so I was pushed further back on the timeslot till after 3 PM so I could be home for the service. The technician Isaiah arrived and informed me what he was going to do. Afterwards he sent me a detailed report with photographs of my gutter system. Thankfully, everything looked good and I did not require any additional services after the cleaning and tuneup.

For the first time I realize I had been hearing a fair amount of outside noise (which I'd apparently gotten used to), because these windows/doors are soundproof; now I don't hear anything at all from outside! And even better, the windows are easy to open, and my sliding glass doors actually slide well in the track, and are not shaking and drafty when it's windy outside -- major improvements from my old, builder-grade, 20+ year-old windows/sliding door. Further, the service crew was excellent -- careful, kind, professional, efficient, and they cleaned up everything afterwards. Roger, the foreman, has been doing this work for almost 30 years, and Jose, who single-handedly carried in/out the windows/doors, has been doing this work for 10+ years. I didn't get the name of the quiet third service person who was mostly outside and on the ladders, also very efficient. fyi, they did mention that working on the 4th floor of our condos from ladders was a bit more challenging as the original builder-grade windows had been made to fit by being packed/taped in place from the outside, which necessitated them having to actually break some of the glass to be able to pull the old windows out. But they did it - and did it well. Finally, Shaun, the project manager who gave me my estimate and oversaw the project from estimate, HOA approval process, to completion, was great. Highly recommended.

They were ordered, installed by their crew and in one day "out a here". Start to finish 8-10 weeks. Been living in my house 44 years now. I will not live to see these windows replaced. No problems now two years later, still function like new. Am getting 10 more windows from them this winter, great, easy, no problems. My experience with windows is double panes are better in the long run. Another brand, not to be named fogged after 4 years!! With triple panes--I have had a middle pane break inside the sandwich--how in the world? Stick with double panes!! But if you are looking for a fair window at fair prices and do not expect 75 years out of the. Window World is a sure thing for value. Kirk W. Darlington, Md.

The week before Christmas, I still had not heard anything and called. I was told the door had not come in, but would be received that week. As of today, 01-09-2026, I still had not heard anything, so I called. I was told the door only came in yesterday, but there is only one person they use as an installer. Subsequently, I was not yet given an install date. Do yourself a favor and buy a door from Home Depot. Get a handyman to install it. That will save you a lot of time and aggravation.
