We explained our needs, and with her knowledge of the products we quickly put it all together. We setup an appointment for her to come to the house. Everything was measured and within a few days she had a floor plan. We tweeted a few things (she wanted it to make sure it was what we wanted), and we signed a contract. We used Dean to replace back splash in our kitchen and to replace a basement entry door. The…read morepricing was reasonable and we were optimistic that the experience and workman ship would be good. The workmanship was good however both projects required clean-up by us. In addition the communication was lacking. At one point they left us with our kitchen splash half done over a weekend, with electric not working. We had to contract with an electrician to hooked up the GFI switches that they didn't hook up correct. We had guests that weekend and lost use of our kitchen. Inconsistent in showing up when they said they would. The latest, the door install, was not good. The door was installed with a different swing. The original door opened beyond 90 degrees. Because they installed the opposite swing now we cannot move large items from our basement without taking the door off. They didn't reinstall the light or cover once done, over that door, and didn't clean up. Also they didn't reinstall the door sensor for our alarm. They took it away with the old door. It was obviously there and a sound chirps every time you open the door. To top matters off we didn't receive a contract for any of the work. This was all done on a hand shake. When I tried to pay the first time, after not being asked to pay by Danny, I called to pay by CC. Was told they don't accept credit card. There website says they take VISA, MC, Cash, and Check. Ended up paying by PayPal. We still don't have an invoice for the work completed, any warranty information on the labor or door, and no way of knowing what they are. We spent an extra $120 for the electrician to fix their work, will spend another $49.95 plus shipping to get a door sensor, and spent time in both cases cleaning up their mess. This company is focused on bath and kitchen and insurance work. If you are looking for cheap work done okay, use them. If you are looking for a high quality business that communicates well, keeps you informed, shows up on time, and cleans up well, look elsewhere.

Dropped in for my little puppers birthday and I was greeted by Kabrina as soon as I walked in the door showing me the birthday wall next to the bakery case( which had a wide variety of treats from cookies, premade cakes ect). I explored the isles that had way more selection than the location by my house cages were clean and plenty of crickets for reptiles. I noticed the lone kitten Dani that Kabrina almost had me adopt look soooo cute I almost took her maybe I'll be back for her. Then I was shown the bath area which is a nice upgrade with fully stocked baths. Overall this trip was way more than what I expected and will make the drive again with my little fur baby

One of the workers even took the chew out of my hand and replaced it with one of better quality -- then kept swapping until we found the perfect one for my dog. Not all chews are the same, and they really took the time to help us get the one that looked the best. That kind of care is amazing and rare! The staff clearly loves dogs, and it really shows. We also used the pet wash stations -- clean, easy to use, and the store less busy than PetSmart. Great prices too. We'll definitely be back!
