Kiara Deem is my favorite provider; I always try to see her if I can. She is so kind and empathetic. I always feel seen and understood. When I suffered a back injury, the practice got me in same day for a virtual appointment and I was grateful for what I thought would be a quick authorization to get me into PT. What's transpired over the last month has been anything but and I still have not received a referral to access the care I need. After a week of no movement , I was told my authorization could still take 14 days which seemed excessive. It continued to nose dive...it took three calls for them to successfully receive a digital copy of my insurance card which I already provided before my appointment. One very helpful rep confirmed mistakes on their end and told me they'd call to confirm once my authorization was put on the TriCare portal. When that didn't happen and I called asking to resolve my issue before I hung up the phone, the woman said she'd start a complaint process where a manager would call me back in 24 hours. There was no one I could speak to that day. No one ever calls back. Meanwhile, I've been in pain, DIYing PT, unable to move through my daily life comfortably. The only communication I have received from MyDrNow is letting me know my bill is ready to be paid. I have now started a new process with my insurance who assigned me a new PCM at a different practice and a new appointment to get authorization. Sadly, that process will probably get me into PT before MyDocNow does. Brutal.

I'm only here to talk about his services as a physician. We had Covid and he immediately called us the medication that we needed to reverse it and it worked and my whole family is doing great. He's very attentive and has a great bedside manner, listens to the patients and asks the right questions. He is on the Medici app so he no longer has a practice in person, but this works even better. He will respond to all texts, which you will never get from another MD with this level of education. A+++

Our insurance pays 80% and we owe 20% but the desk can not tell u what the charge will be but they have office policy to collect. 20% of what ? as we have not even seen the doctor. The office manager, Max will not be there until 9 and is the only one to approve a change to office policy. Our first office visit on 6/12, there was an issue at desk with another patient and the desk was in an up roar, so this drama is not new. A person of reason did take us to an examination room, apologized for the desk not taking our 20% payment(which they did not take on our first visit, and because of a change of address we received the bill and was paid before we were back which they confirmed). Blue Cross Blue Shield already paid the 80% so they were making money. She gave us copies of our file. But she made the case that they did not want us to think it was all about the money. That the doctor really did care about the patients. What are we to think? Max nor the doctor has reached out to us, there silence says volumes and approves of the desk's handing of our attempt to see the doctor and that bullying cost them two patients. Be careful going to this doctor and we are looking for another less evasive front desk.

The front office staff is beyond rude, they were listed as having tele-med options, which they do not. In fact, they have no portal available for scheduling or records, even the copay receipts are hand written. Office is filthy, when I went for blood work, the container for used needles was overflowing. They have an office policy that you MUST come in every three months or they won't renew your prescriptions and will hold the pharmacy renewal request hostage until you make that appointment, but not tell you they are holding it so you just run out of meds until you call the office. They then say "we will send the request in right away" and then don't. So many red flags, this is just a few of the issues I've had in the past 6 months. I really tried to give it time to let the dust settle but in the end, I'm going to find a new office that treats their patients better.

I would even venture to categorize the office as negligent. Currently looking into reporting malpractice due to not informing patients of providers leaving, needing new appointments to refill regular prescriptions (but not able to see the patient until far after a refill is required), and dropping insurances without notifying patients - which then leaves patients without prescription refills and need to find a new PCP. The office staff is absolutely horrible to work with .... when they do answer the phone. Most of the time calls are not answered, and messages are not returned. This is not a practice that prioritizes patients at all.

The Positives (What I Love): Dr. Crawford & Providers: Dr…read more Crawford is fantastic--caring, knowledgeable, and thorough. The doctors here truly take the time to listen to your history, which is hard to find these days. Convenience & Service: They are very efficient, often offering same-day or next-day appointments for acute, urgent needs. Final Verdict: If you live in the San Tan/Queen Creek area and are looking for a dedicated team that prioritizes patient-centered care, I would definitely recommend giving them a shot. I have complete trust in my doctor and feel they go above and beyond. Comprehensive Care: As a full-service family practice, they handle everything from yearly physicals to chronic care management, including in-house lab services and EKGs.. Things to Consider: Front Office Communication: While the medical staff is great, the administrative side appears to not understand the basic job requirement; CUSTOMER SERVICE. It is almost a gimme that if I were left in charge to my needs there would be a seamless transition of accomplishing what I needed to b e done Either the front end customer service people are not being paid enough or they have received little training for the job responsibilities required for the job. It seems to be an industry issue: great doctors and poor customer service people who fail at doing a good job to support an excellent staff of providers
