Throughout my pregnancy, I truly appreciated coming here for prenatal massages and or Any health concerns I had were always addressed with care and support, especially by Brenda Harding! Today, I brought my newborn in for his first appointment and had an excellent experience with Bonnie Gehrke. She handled my baby with such gentleness and provided thoughtful, helpful guidance on how to best care for him. First time visit, new to AZ. Reception was not warm or the least friendly at all. Appt was with Ashtin Emler. She was very thorough in her information gathering. Assistant could not draw blood, 3 others checked me, could not find a vein. Had me go back again after 2 days of heavy water drinking, still could not find a vein with 4 people total trying including 1 doctor. Gave me a referral to a lab, got it on 1st try, said veins should not have been an issue. Was very sick in September, called and left 3 messages for a return call to see a doctor, no return call at all, ever. I went to another walk in clinic & was diagnosed & treated for severe bronchitis. Absolutely cold, unwelcoming reception for new patients and horrid follow-up in my experience. Extremely frustrating to never reach a live person then no return calls. read more

This is the most unprofessional primary care facility we've ever had a non-pleasure of being associated with! They never answer their phone. After calling literally a hundred times, my wife and I decided to go down there so we can get the referral that we need. They gave us the runaround and gave us referrals for ultrasound services which we had already completed and werr trying to expedite the process moving forward to the next steps instead of repeating previously completed processes and tests. My wife can barely walk and we're trying to get on the ball with this but they keep pointing us in one direction or the other and not knowing which way to go. This has all been very confusing for my wife and I are in our situation. After expressing my concerns and making mention of us possibly having to find someone else that would be able to better assist us, the receptionist told us to do just that! She told me to go somewhere else and that they were not able to assist us any further regarding this matter. My wife was pulled back to speak with an MA who would be able to explain the details of the referrals that they were issuing. As I went to follow, the receptionist told me that I am not a patient that I need to leave the facility Even though I am a patient and was not actually being seen at this moment but haven't seen here in the past. I was speaking for my wife because she can barely walk let alone speak clearly. The receptionist cursed at me on my way out. She yelled multiple profanities irately, told me that we would not be able to seek help through their office and to find someone else and the proceeded to follow me outside, getting in my face and having me fear for the potential of her physically causing harm to myself or my wife. I am blown away at the unprofessionalism and the nerve of this office allowing their receptionist to speak to their patients in this manner. We've got complaints going in to all the agencies including the attorney general at this point. I strongly urge anyone reading this to find another health care professional if you do not want to be treated the way that my wife and I were. My children are also seen here and will no longer be attending this primary care facility. I hope they fire that receptionist and that would be the only way that we may consider possibly having a relationship with this office again, but to be honest and fair that it's highly unlikely. read more

It is the by far the most efficient with all my healthcare needs as well as the cleanest place!!! So glad I found Premier Health! I hadn't been to a doctor in years...I knew it was time to go and I found this practice on Yelp knowing it would be closer to my new home. I called to make an appointment and luckily they were accepting new patients. They required a new patient meet up with the doctor which was scheduled and to my surprise I was even able to get my exam done at the same time. I met with Jeri who was super sweet. She listened to me, made recommendations and we even talked about our children. I feel like she genuinely cared and loved what she did. She made me feel comfortable throughout the process and had a very calming bedside manner. Love that it's an all women practice! The other good thing is that they call you with results if you have labs done (also, can be done on site). They do not require you to come in and pay for an other visit like a previous doctor I had visited just to tell you your cholesterol was a little high. Lol! Well unless it was serious they can call you with results is what they had explained. Anyway, super nice staff and I'm so glad I found my new doctors office that can handle even the common cold! We have been coming to Premiere Health since we moved here just about 6 years ago. I have never received ANY type of proactive communication from this place or Laurie. In fact, last year I had labs done and never received a call once they got the results. I called over and over and no responses. Turns out I had an issue and they were ok just not communicating it or even coming up with a treatment plan. Finally leaving this place people call "premiere.". They will cancel your medication on you just as you run out in order to force you to go to their office for a check up - they gotta get that money. Again, very easy to proactively communicate with patients and let them know when you fill their "final" prescription so they can prepare. This is the 3rd time they have done this to me, putting my health at risk having to go without my meds for my hereditary condition. Stay far from here if you are looking for something truly premiere, this is NOT it. Judging by many of the other reviews here and various other resources, this has been going on with this place for a while. There are plenty of fantastic providers in the QC area, spend the time researching deeper than the providers name and marketing material. Shame on this money machine pretending to help take care of people. read more

If I could give zeros, I would. I have been a patient here for several years. The whole several years, this office has a very hard time answering phones or calling you back. And the front office receptionist is typically a little rude. However, nothing like today has ever happened. Today after going into the office to see why they called me (since again, they weren't answering their phones), the front receptionist had the audacity to not only cuss at me and my husband but also FOLLOW MY HUSBAND OUTSIDE while cussing and threatening him. I am in total disbelief at the unprofessionalism that this medical practice allowed. Not one of the additional staff members stepped in to help. It was humiliating and scary. I could not imagine this happening to an elderly or a child. This is being reported to insurance, the BBB, the attorney general, and anyone else I can think of. Do not bring your family here!! read more

I have been coming to this office for a long time now. On and off. I stopped going there the first time because I moved, then the second time due to how unprofessional the staff was. It was really nice that they have massages, and sometimes (i use that word lightly)- the staff can be good. However, I can list so many different things that are wrong with this office. A good majority of the staff are SO unprofessional. You would think that being the office manager, you would have more courtesy to be nice, respectful, and know how to act like your own age. The main reason I am writing this is because, I was told that Wendy, the office manager, spoke with me 30 minutes after I left an appointment with the provider and told me that I needed to get a clearance prior to the massage scheduled the following week. Let me start off with, that would have been fine and not a problem to get. If she had ACTUALLY spoke to me. Truly, I didn't find out about the clearance until the night before the massage, when my neurology office was already closed. I was so confused when they mentioned a clearance, for the reason being, I had been in contact with the office at least 3 times prior to hearing about it. Not once did they mention it. Early morning of the appointment, Wendy was texting me and told me that my appointment was canceled due to not getting the clearance. I was beyond frustrated, I had to take time off of work for this massage. Not to mention, I desperately needed this massage because of a migraine that I have had for an awfully painful amount of time. Wendy kept telling me that she was the one who contacted me after my appointment, and that it was in my notes. When she said that, I called my phone company and they said that was incorrect, no incoming calls at that time frame. Meaning, she just clearly flat out lied. To top it off, she said that there was a pop up on my chart and that the person I spoke to on the phone the day prior, was new and must have missed it. Okay? What about the other 2 people that I spoke to, did they miss it too? I called my neurology office and requested a medical clearance and they were confused on why I needed one, since they were the ones who recommended it, knowing everything going on? That is totally beside the point. I got one, called and spoke to Dusty, and she helped me reschedule my massage, and kept saying no problem. Then today, I received a dismissal letter. I honestly laughed out loud. They messed up, made excuses, lied, and then proceeded to put the blame on me? There are so many other reasons. The attitude of the rest of the staff. How they purposely avoid answering phone calls. And reading through the other bad reviews, it seems like they have an excuse for everything. I mean yeah, there are some pros, but sooo many cons. I cannot in good faith recommend this practice to anybody. None of them are DRs. I generally have no hang ups with seeing an NP, but twice now myself or someone in my family has ended up in the ER because of dangerous drug combinations they have prescribed or due to lack of care. After three weeks and four visits and still being told to go home and rest because I had just a "stomach bug", I decided to seek another opinion after fainting and ending up in the ER. I was suffering from dizziness, dehydration, nauseous, diarrhea, cramping, and elevated heart rate. Immediately the DR at my now favored practice said it sounds like I have a c-Difficile infection. Test results came back positive. The culprit? Two back to back rounds of antibiotics prescribed by the NPs in this practice for an ear infection that completely wiped out my good gut microflora. I ended up finding an amazing GI who immediately acknowledged severity of my condition and adjusted patient appointments to address my needs ASAP. I almost ended up dead because no one took the time to evaluate me properly when my symptoms and condition was almost immediately diagnosable by another DR and GI. Most recently they prescribed a family member potentially lethal combination of drugs without warning. After exhibiting some weird symptoms, it took me 2 minutes online to put his medications into a drug interaction checker online and see that they had SEVERE reactions when combined and were NOT recommended to be taken together. We ended up in the ER and he was admitted for 2 days. Please. If you care about your health, your family, your friends, do not go to or recommend this practice. I do not know why the reviews are so high when they have a blatant disregard for patient care and focus more CBD sales at the front counter. Another red flag? The last 2 appointments I had I was seen by students training to be NPs. Their assessments were then reviewed by the NPs on staff to be approved. When they can't even come in and say hello, you know you are in a practice that is more interested in bringing in money than providing patient care. read more

Haven't been in 3 years due to well you all know. Went back and was told specifically my insurance covers the massage. She was 100% sure. Got a bill and now front desk says oh your deductible is not met. Wow!!! Wish I had know!! And the massage therapist they put me with was the worst both times. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place was amazing a few years back until new management came in. Probably the worst service ever. My daughter was in need of medication, called in after 6 days of waiting for the prescription to even be sent over and all they did was laugh at her. I truly do not understand how they are in business. Not to mention the dumbass receptionists who clearly know nothing about the job. I would give this place a zero in customer service. I've been a patient with Premier Health since 2018. I had a wellness appointment this morning and was asked to pay an $80 charge from a year ago. I asked the lady at the desk if she would please let me know what it was for. She went and got Wendy who I was told later is an owner of this business. Wendy came out and proceeded to give me a copy of the insurance card that they were given to bill. I did not need a copy of the insurance card. I just wanted to be given the itemized statement so that I could give it to the insurance company. I was told that it was too late for them to bill the insurance company which was fine. She made me feel like I was accusing her of lying, which I was not. I just wanted to get the information so that I could submit it to my insurance company. I was not questioning whether or not they were given the correct insurance. I will not be coming back to Premier Health. I have severed my relationship with them and hope to goodness that no one else's treated so poorly by an owner. They must not need the business... read more

been a client for years, have had nothing but issues with Maggie and front desk. pushed vaccines, forced an Eating disorder down my throat, without even listening to any symptoms of what could be a heart condition!! referals were brought in for a cardiologist and a neurologist, from the ER, I was just at Monday and she declined to send me to either. I had to pull tooth and nail to get the one referral to a cardiologist. For what could be potentially more than an eating disorder, a heart condition!! my weight has been going up and I've been tracking it at home. I did just get out of an eating disorder, but these effects were happening before that. I have severe symptoms of something else and Maggie completely talked over me and made me feel as if I was completely invalid. do not recommend this office at all anymore besides for Brenda. Lost 3 clients today over their rudeness awful treatment. read more

NO MASKS REQUIRED OR SOCIAL DISTANCING. . Do not go here & risk getting Covid19. Two of the employees walked in & out of the waiting room without having masks on. I asked the receptionist why & she said it's not mandatory. I didnt feel protected. The staff in a medical office is not required to wear masks? RIDICULOUS. I hen two other patients came in, the receptionist did not ask them if they wanted a mask to wear because it is recommended. There's a sign on the door saying they were offering masks. I had been looking for a clinic for basic care while I'm in AZ for the winter months. Love this clinic! I appreciated the ease of completing paperwork online before my first visit. The receptionist and climate were very friendly and welcoming. I was impressed with the professional care given by Laurie Bell NP, and the rest of the staff. I needed some blood work done, and everything was clearly discussed and explained, even the cost, before the blood was drawn. The phlebotomist was also very professional throughout the process. I am grateful to have found this clinic and the professional staff who make medical appointments comfortable. read more

HORRIBLE RECEPTIONIST I had called yesterday and the receptionist told me to call back at 7am and notify her that i can make it in at 8 am and she could get me in. I showed up and an older lady was working receptionist and I had explained to her what the lady told me yesterday and that I cant eat and haven't in 2 weeks with alot of weight loss. She talked to me like I was some stupid child and said that I couldnt be seen till 11. I told her I work at 11 and she said " you should NOT be working if your sick" I am not sick man I am unable to eat. then told me i need to leave the office because I had symptoms and i was extremely embarrassed because her office told me to come in at 8 when i called at 7 and no answer. i went to my car and cried because I just want to be able to eat again and I felt extremely disrespected read more

So unhappy with this practice. I had never met Brenda before. Her nurse practitioner student came in and saw me first, but when Brenda came in she never introduced herself and they spoke to each other about my care as if I wasn't there. They ordered an ultrasound which I had done the same day. The next day I hadn't heard anything from this office, Simon med faxed me my ultrasound report per my request. It has been 2 days and I still have not gotten a call back from this office regarding my results, when the ultrasound report was clearly ready. I have already made an appointment with a specialist regarding my ultrasound result, could you imagine if I had to wait for them to call me with my results? The office staff is so unorganized and always seems in the middle of a crisis. If you're lucky enough to have someone answer the phone it does you know good anyway since there is no follow through. Brenda is amazing, I went to several doctors and specialist, for some leg pain, NObody! would look at my leg, just at my back. They swore it was a defect from 20 yrs ago and wanted me to go to pain management and do spine injections, or back surgery.. I was at a loss. I called Brenda's office, got in the next day!for a second opinion- She sent me for an MRI, of MY HIP AND LEG, turns out it was not my back, after all... She found the problem, and has me up moving, after months of being tossed around and being offered, pain pills, that I did not want. BRENDA LISTENS!
