The reality is that this place is down on it's luck, and they're doing nothing by way of friendliness at all to make up for the shabby, threadbare furniture or the (*gasp*) bathroom -- the floor now squishes when you walk on it. I was afraid the toilet and I were gonna fall through to the floor below. And forget about the smell. The french fries here were crispy and tasted great, the perfect pairing for a late night bite (look, eating out at 8PM is late for me). Overall, Eli Cannon's is mostly a bar, but is also a pretty solid place to grab a bite to eat.
