    Stay far away from this dealership. Piazza Mazda of Reading got my car into an accident while under…read moretheir care. I brought it in for them to fix a vibration problem. They charged me 2200 dollars and said it was fixed. It wasn't. When they took it back the second time, they got it into an accident. Yes, they repaired the damage caused by the accident, but we all know how the system works when you go to trade in your car: "There was an accident reported against the vehicle, so we had to lower the trade-in value." Well, Piazza Mazda of Reading wont even acknowledge this fact when I ask for some form of compensation for the diminished value. Further, they still never fixed the vibration issue. It is still there. So, not only did they devalue my vehicle but they charged me 2200 dollars for fixing a problem that is still there. And when I escalated the issue, no one wanted to be bothered. So, take this as a warning. STAY AWAY from the Mazda brand and especially Piazza Mazda of Reading. They don't care about their customers and when it matters most they aren't going to do more than the minimum. They will upsell you every time you take it in for service. They will overcharge for everything. If they get your car into an accident, they will shrug and say "it happens" (that was literally what I was told while talking to the dealership manager, as I inspected the damage done to my vehicle). They feel it is ok to not compensate the customer fully for the damage they cause (they just repair it and hope the customer goes away). This is a warning. Stay away. Go purchase a car from a different company that values their customers, because Piazza Mazda of Reading doesn't.

They checked it over, got the vehicle driving straight and while it was there , I also got her oil change and tires rotated. They did it in a short time so I didn't have to wait all day.

    For the past 2 years the service here has changed. They don't answer their phones and they caused…read moreme over $8000 in unrepairable damages. I have taken them to court where the owner Mark told terrible lies from stating that my receipts are fake, stating they never diagnosed my car, and saying in court his wife Heather who is also the receptionist there no longer works there. Which is very convenient being that she is the one I had been communicating with the whole time but he is the one who showed up to court. I took my car in for a mass airflow sensor and immediately after picking my vehicle up my check engine light came back on and my AC was no longer blowing cool air. When I took it back, Heather told me they put refrigerant in and that did not resolve the issue, they put a green fluid to check for cracks and leaks and that was not it, so they narrowed it down to it being the condenser. My car was there for 2 weeks with no resolve and barely any communication unless I physically showed up there. Heather submitted to my warranty company 3 claims for the condenser yet Mark says they never diagnosed my car. Eventually, I was told there was nothing else they could do for me and to take it to the dealer. The dealer states my entire AC system is contaminated and would need to be replaced. They cannot guarantee a replacement will fix the issue. This has cost me thousands of dollars in addition to time taking them to court. They prefer to have the reputation of another crooked mechanic and had no interest in trying to resolve the issue with me. If you are ok with leaving your car somewhere for weeks with minimal communication, a liar for a mechanic, and possibly more issues with your car go to Larry's. If not, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
