Very friendly: they even offer shuttle service if you (as I did) had an all-day inspection to knock out. They also use texting to keep in touch with you as the day progresses. Got a box of Girl Scout cookies and a smile when I checked out. Recommended. read more

Recently moved to West Reading and had a emergency car issue. Kings was recommended and I am glad that I contacted them for help. They helped me out as fast as they could. I feel they treated me above the normal " customer level " that most places treat you. They were friendly, professional and explained everything in detail; and they did a pre-state inspection report with the repairs. I would be remiss if I did not give a huge thumbs up to Kings Auto. From the first time I walked into the auto shop I was impressed. Not only did I speak with the office staff, but when I was leaving Casey, the mechanic gave me a pleasant greeting. Unfortunately, as I had figured, there was no hope for my truck. However, I took my Caddy there and not only did Casey do a great job servicing it, he spoke with me about any issues I was having with the car. I can't say enough good things about this place. They helped me out with a tire issue after I walked in with no appointment. I was in Reading for a funeral, and was very concerned about how I was going to get the car fixed so I could return home the same day. They were courteous, professional, and efficient- diagnosing the issue right away and taking care of the repair immediately so that I could get back on the road. I switched to King's Auto within the last couple of years and I am really glad that I did. Aside from having skilled mechanics they also have excellent customer service. They did a repair for me and it turned out that one of the parts they replaced was faulty a half a year down the road. I took my Jeep back to their shop suspecting it was a new problem and they actually identified the faulty part, fought to have it replaced for free under warranty, set me up with a loaner vehicle at no additional charge, and had my vehicle repaired again all within 24 hours time.
