This shop is AMAZING. I took my car here because it failed inspection and every shop I called…read morequoted me well over $1k to fix it. I called Lee Myles, and Brad took the time to explain to me all the issues that failed inspection. Not only was he friendly and patient, but they quoted me HALF of what I was getting from every other shop. As they work on your car, you get emails with updates showing pictures of what they're finding during inspection and working on, which really helped me (a 25-year-old female) ensure that I wasn't getting scammed. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for honest people to tell you the facts and get your car fixed for cheap. I live in Lancaster and will absolutely be driving to Reading for any of my car needs from now on.

I seriously don't know why this shop here with all of the guys in there you would think that they know what their doing But they don't. I took my car over there and the had things stolen from my car, charged me thousands in cash for my e break tires and dash and inspection and all of these test to be done but when I gotten my car. it was as if they did nothing. E brake still doesn't work lights still up on the dash, buttons that worked before no longer work now. & then on top of the charge extra for parts that were stolen when it was in the possession don't trust this shop especially the employees&their prices or their work.

Hit or miss. I had no problems but they overcharged my daughter and her boyfriend had to go in and…read moreset them straight. I think repair shops should treat all customers fairly. I don't know if things have changed recently, but it doesn't seem like they are as good as they used to be.

Run away from this place as fast as you can. DO NOT be tempted by their low prices and good…read morereviews. You get what you pay for and it seems family and friends are the ones leaving the good reviews. I used this company to tow my car a short distance to a local dealership. Upon arrival, I noticed their was something wrong. Turns out, the incompetent tow truck driver thought a tie rod was a good place to tie the car down. As you can imagine, the tie rod was no match for that sort of force. After speaking to the owner, he assured me HE would be the only one from there on out to touch the car and he would personally pick it up and fix it. What a lie that was. After I dropped the keys off at the shop, the same two people that damaged my car left in the tow truck. I had a suspicion they were going to go get my car so I went to the dealership and sure enough, they were there driving around the lot looking for my car. So much for the owner picking it up. I do appreciate the owner taking liability for the damage. The company fixed the tie rod and did an alignment free of charge. What I don't appreciate is the lies and the fact not one person associated with this company apologized for the damage and inconvenience caused. I figured a refund would be issued for the tow but nothing was ever offered. While the tie rod was fixed, there is no telling how much stress was placed on the power steering rack. If a month from now it goes bad, I'll be on the hook for a repair that was caused by something they messed up. My question for the owner. If your employees mess something up as simple as towing a car, how do you expect people to feel comfortable with them doing repairs on their vehicles? My advice. Either properly train your guys on towing or hire someone that already has experience doing it. Also, customer service goes a long way. If you mess something up, you need to realize it's a bigger inconvenience for the customer than it is you. Your brother at the shop didn't seem to interested in helping me when I was trying to find someone to drop my keys off with. Overall, the experience with your company has been down right terrible. Hopefully my reviews will at least make another potential customer reconsider using your business.
