My dad ran his own, and I know how hard that life is. But what I've experienced with Ford, and more specifically Bill Cole Ford in Ashland, has been so outrageous, so infuriating, and honestly so disgusting, that I can't stay quiet anymore. If this post stops even one person from going through what I did, it's worth it. I bought a Ford EcoSport, and at just 26,000 miles, the transmission failed. That's ridiculous. But it gets worse -- when they "fixed" it, they didn't even put enough transmission fluid in the car. That careless mistake caused even more issues down the line. Still, somehow, I gave them another chance. When I went in for a simple oil change, they talked me into looking at new cars -- and I made the mistake of driving off the lot with a Ford Escape. Big mistake. Since then, I've taken the Escape to the Bill Cole Ford service department FIVE times. Let me be blunt: I've never dealt with a group that showed less care or professionalism. * I've begged to speak to a service manager, and no one has ever called me back. * Last week, my car sat at their service department from Tuesday to Saturday, and I didn't get a single update. When someone finally called, it was to ask why I hadn't picked up my car -- as if I was the one dropping the ball! * They claimed they "fixed" it after driving it 40 miles -- but the moment I got back on the road, every sensor lit up again. All they did was run down my gas and waste more of my time. * And of course, when I called back again -- radio silence. No return call. No resolution. I've completely given up on getting anything fixed at this point. I'm beyond disappointed -- I'm disgusted. This whole experience has been one giant, expensive lesson. So here it is, plain and simple: Do not buy a Ford. And whatever you do, DO NOT buy one from Bill Cole Ford in Ashland. The cars are unreliable, and the service is absolutely shameful. She went to another tire shop, they found a small nail but that tire was still on the same side & location before stopping at Gate City. He did NOT even rotate those tires. He lied to that precious 86 yr. old lady. What a pathetic, low life!! My brother, a regular customer, spoke to the owner twice about what his mechanic did not do, yet lied to her. He could at least offer to pay my mom back what she had to pay another tire shop to rotate her tires & fix the small leak But he didn't. "fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me".

I called them wasn't loud or rude like I was later accused of and sent them pics but was never contacted to say anything. so on day of install 2nd door owner calls was extremely rude I tried to tell him I cant get insurance til these doors are up n he acted like I was wrong for asking why this wasn't caught 8 days ago when it came in, tells me he's going to set me straight and doesn't need my business so I told him refund me and keep both doors, he said fine and I told him to lmk when and either myself or my contractor would meet them to let them in but apparently they didn't need my permission to cut a part of door n unluck door and remove the door without anyone home or telling me leaving my doors fully open now with tools, mower, trailer and supplies for the remodel unsecured now. I called them and was told that since they refunded me which I have no proof of that they had every right to enter my home and remove the door. I have called sheriff and made report and my next step is to file with the attorney General and BBB. you dont enter a person's property like that its illegal and breaking and entering but also VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!
