For those 6'2" and above--not an insignificant percentage of modern American males--standard length ties will simply not do the job. I called them on Thursday and they said they would gladly help me out. I went to the store to prepay for the delivery and repair. Today they picked up the snowblower at 10:30 a.m. and had it repaired and delivered back to my home by 12:30 p.m. Wow, what great service! The customer service representative at the store and the delivery driver were very nice and courteous.
