I just settled for a regular plastic one, I'll get a roller one another time from a different location. I also scored a new hair care product I'm excited about. And it was a really good price! One thing about Ross, the beauty section will never disappoint. Really nice shoes in the shoe section as well. The store was clean, staff greeted upon arrival just a lot of damaged items in the home sections.

The lines can get a bit crowded during busy times but not horrible. Their dressing rooms are pretty small. If you're looking for a bigger Ross though, this isn't the one for you. I was quoted $100 from a private baker and in this economy... there was no way I was going to pay that much for a 6-8inch cake. I went to walmart about 2 weeks prior to the day of the event to place my order. I showed them a photo from pinterest of the cake I wanted, they took a pic of the inspo, noted all the colors and sayings I wanted on it. I also ordered cupcakes and surprisingly they can even custom the frosting style on those too! Although the frosting of the cupcakes or the colors of the cake weren't exact replicas of my inspo pictures, I was not upset of the outcome. I still found it beautifully done and you really cannot beat the price. I paid about $15 for a custom 6inch barrel cake and $14 for 2 dozen cupcakes! I bought extra items from etsy to put on top of the cake and friends/family really thought I paid at least $75 for the cake! But in reality even with the extra stuff, the cake was only a third of that. I will forever order my cakes and cupcakes from walmart from now on!

After several minutes, security came over to assist, but then a red-haired employee came up and, instead of calmly showing him how to fix the issue, she loudly told him he was doing it wrong and sent him back to his post. She then rushed through my checkout, was noticeably rude, and walked away without helping me remove my security tags. By that point, my group was already outside, and I was the first one at the registers.. yet I was told I'd have to get back in line just to have the tags removed. Overall, she was unprofessional, dismissive, and lacked basic customer service skills. If you shop here, be aware.. I wouldn't want anyone else to have this kind of experience.

I also came across the Time Capsule, that will be opened in 2056, which is the year of its 100th anniversary. It would be cool to see what was put inside on October 17, 2016. I've been here several times to eat at some of the restaurants. Parking is plentiful. You can spend an entire day here browsing the stores, watching a movie, and grabbing a bite to eat.

I asked for one after I finished my transaction and then was told they dont have any. He told me I can go to customer service to get my dime back. Not that it is a big deal but im not in the business of giving away any amount of money but it looks like I am because the customer service line was so long I kissed that dime blood bye. So then I had to put all my items in the basket and throw them in the car with not back.
