I purchased the tires online and scheduled an appointment for installation. When I arrived at the appointed time, my car went right in. The clerks and auto personnel were friendly, thorough and did a great job. I had never needed to remove one of the tires from this car, so I didn't even know there was a special tool to take off the cap that hides the lug nuts. When the associate started working on it, he called me to ask if I knew where that special tool was. I didn't know, but suggested he look where the jack is in the back. A moment later he let me know that's where he found it. Before I left, he showed me where it is in case I ever needed it. Like I said, great service.

You never know exactly what you'll find till you get there, but there is usually something you find that makes the stop worthwhile. You may have to sort through items to find what you want, especially if you are looking for a particular brand or size. The merchandise is better organized and is more well maintained at this particular store than at some of the others, certainly a quantum leap above the Ross or Burlington! Customer service has always been pleasant and efficient, though at peak times there is a line. However, the lines move much faster here than at their competition. TJ Maxx is one of our first stops when shopping. This one has a great location in the Shoppes at Rio Grande Valley at the corner of I-69C and Trenton. The shopping center has a myriad of shoppes, restaurants, a Starbucks, Academy, Ulta, JCP, and much more, so there is something for everyone.

I bought a $400.00 pool yesterday. It was an open box and used pool. Some worker delivered to my…read moretruck. I went inside the store and told the cashier the box was open and the pool was used (it was another brand brown pool) so they exchanged It. The second pool was ripped (I noticed until we open the box at the house) and I went to the store to return it and they told me no returns/exchange. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. THEY NEVER MENTION THIS POLICY ABOUT POOLS. Now I have to see if BESTWAY can send me a replacement. We cant even use the pool. This sucks!!! WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT! They should put a sign or mention the no returns/exchange "policy" before buying it. DONT BUY HERE! THIS STORE SUCKS! Go walmart instead.
