Customer service is also great, was able to find a store representative to assist with locating one item that was hard to get. The great thing about this souvenir shop is that many other hotels and Disney stores have the same merch, but this one has many unique items you can only find here and even some from their Hawaiian hotel. The only thing I did not love is that their Hawaiian shirts are unreasonably priced for what you get. They do have an intimately free people section as well as an active and swim section which is great since we do not have any separate store locations in the Orlando area. I don't love some of the donated they have made over the years. For example they use to have these gorgeous carved wood doors and those are long gone. That's not this locations fault-Anthro brands as a whole have been undergoing a general watering down over the past few years. But for a store that is in such a prime location I expect more. I can understand stopping in while on vacation if you live in an area that doesn't have a FP locally, if you, there's nothing special or "Disney" about this location.
