I purchased a knit shirt and when I got home I discovered it had a hole from where they attached the tags. I took it back, asking for a price adjustment and was told NO, that it was my fault for not noticing before I bought it. I wanted the shirt, so I will spend the next hour recutting and sewing the damaged area. For a 10 or 15% adjustment, they would have had a happy customer. I have always been a fan of Burlington Coat Factory, and I have not been to this location in years, so I stopped by to see if I could find a deal and I did! Today I scored a Kuerig 2.0 350 coffee maker for $89! Elsewhere they begin at $129 so I was happy! This location has cleaned up, some of the aisles could use a little straightening but from what it was a few years there has been a turnaround. The neighborhood is not the best, so be sure to hide your belongings and lock your car. I know that stealing carts is an issue, but not letting carts out of the store to carry out your merchandise is also a problem. It was not fun lugging out a large box when I parked away from the cars. The security alarm went off and the guard was not there, I paused and continued out the door, I figured if they had a problem, I had a receipt. I also noticed after you purchase an Item they make you go back behind the cashier line and into the store to exit and I found that strange. If I did not score on the coffee maker the store would have 2 stars. read more

This is another place where I've strangely been the duke for the past few months and I feel obligated to write a review. BCF is an expansive store where you're bound to find the piece of clothing or accessory you need. Whether it be a cheap pair of off-brand jeans or a cheap pair of cufflinks, BCF has served me well. I even like how their queue system is automated; LCD displays alert you to the next available cashier. You'd think that a store like Fry's Electronics would have adopted a similar system by now. read more

This (4750 S. Easter Ave, Las Vegas, NV) store has been spewing garbage from overfull dumpsters onto neighboring streets and into adjoining residential communities for quite a while and we are very tired of it and are going to put a stop to it once and for all. Store management has been notified and nothing has been done. Corporate has also been notified on a number of occasions and they don't care either as Burlington is a tenant in the building. All avenues to have this condition abated will be pursued up to and including legal action against Burlington, Tropicana East, TD (property owner) and Adams Family Management (property manager). I has forced to give it one star in order for it to post. In actuality, it would owe me a few stars. read more

This is a good Burlington coat factory location it's not great but it's good. It's always organized and you can always find what your looking for they have decent shoes here and nice suits and ties as well as jackets and coats and everything is at a respectable and fair price. The cashiers are friendly and they always move at a fast pace to make sure you go on your way. Burlington Coat factory has some amazing mark downs, but like Ross you really have to sift through the layers upon layers of clothing in order to find something worth the (discounted) price. Overall the store is laid out in sheer madness. The different departments intersect with the super discounts and the new items all over the store. It's by far the smallest Burlington Coat Factory I've been to. There was a bunch of clothes everywhere but on the racks. Even their shoe section, which legacy has it is by far a gem when searched correctly. The men section was nice with beautiful neck ties...but I'm a girl and I want girl clothes! read more

I remember 10 plus years ago when Burlington Coat Factory was the place to go for all of your up to date fashion. Nowadays, it seems that a lot of the men's clothing they sell is very outdated and not in style. LOL It's 2018 and they still have tons of Rocawear and Marc Eckō on their racks. Nobody wears that stuff anymore. Now it's come to the point that most of the men's clothes I get from their Big & Tall section are mostly basic designed jeans and shirts without name badges/logos on the front. That way folks can't tell if I'm wearing out-of-style clothing. Another issue I have is that the checkout lines are always backed up. This goes for every store that I visit. read more

Been going here for years. It used to be very bad. Was very nasty, no inventory Got better within the last year. The last couple of months has gone downhill again tho. Was just in there this week. Not a lot of cloths. Alot of Raised prices. My biggest complaint is the shopping cart situation, you can't take them out of the store so if you have a big item you're really screwed. I know it's a problem with people stealing carts but why should customers suffer. I know I won't buy anything big there unless I have someone to help. Its ridiculous and harming service. read more

This store is a dump. I went here to do what everyone else goes here to do: buy inexpensive clothes. There is plenty of that, but that's not the problem. The place is just a toilet. The clothes were packed on the racks on flat hangers which results in them being damaged before you can even wear them. There's items laying on the floor with employees stepping over them instead of picking them up. And the fitting rooms! There were hundreds if not thousands of pins on the floor half embedded in the dirty carpet. You have to keep your shoes on lest you'll get stuck with a pin and that's one thing you do not want to happen in this gross place! I realize the clientele of this place is fairy hazardous (lots of face tattoos and muffin tops), but thats no excuse for a filthy, unkempt store. Never again. I'm happy to spend a couple of extra coins and go to a store where people care about cleanliness. read more

Visited the store on the date of this post at about 5 PM. If I hadn't of fallen in love with the hat I picked up, I would have fled the store. The line--holy cracker--felt like the DMV. There were only two cashiers, and then a floor supervisor/manager/head cashier/top coat factory worker kept wandering around the line and telling customers: "that is so cute. I want to buy that." Or, "Look at your son! He is so cute. Look. He's cute. Look." Come on, lady. Open up another register! I don't want to be your friend. I want to go home. She finally opened one up. I am second in line now, but the line behind me is building back up again. 10 deep now, full carts, babies behind me are starting to fuss and holler. A bag of brownie brittle has found its way into my arms (stupid impulsive line maze). One of the cashiers finishes up with her customer. Rather than calling the next one over, this cashier proceeds to put every godforsaken piece of clothing the previous customer returned onto their hangers. And then I think I died. When I returned from the dead, the lady in front of me asked her twice if she could check her out. Those clothes weren't going to unnecessarily hang themselves at that very second, though, so the cashier ignored her pleas. Meanwhile, the manager is now traipsing around again, looking confused. The manager eventually jumps back on the register and takes the lady in front of me. I am finally at the head of the queue (took about 20 minutes, with only 4 people in front of me, mind). Other cashier is still just hanging clothes. I look behind me. About a dozen people now. I finally just go up to the hanger lady and force her to check me out. I told her that the situation at Burlington Coat Factory was out of control. I don't think she cared. Perhaps if I worked at Burlington, I wouldn't either. Every time I wear my stupid Burlington hat and shove brownie brittle in my face, my blood will boil. read more

Went there on August 22nd, found cute clothes but as I was checking out Claudia a salesclerk charged my card after I asked her to cancel it and used a different card to pay. Have gone back twice to speak with Patty and John (managers) who keep giving me a complete run around saying that the money would be refunded in a week. Been 2 weeks now and NOTHING! After some remodeling, this Burlington's location is more organized. Before it was crowded and hard to get through the isles and find what you were looking for. The shoe selection was better before, but you can always find a decent jacket/coat. They have a lot of clothes in stock at a great price. The cashiers are pleasant and move at a fast pace to keep lines down. Downgrade.. If you're planning on going alone and doing a lot of shopping, make sure you're strong enough to carry your bags. The shopping carts lock up as soon as you exit. read more

I also agree with the previous review. I would of gave this place 2 stars but an employee there henry jackson went out of his way to help me try and find a crib that was advertised. He called 2 other locations and they hung up on him. Literally right in the middle of him asking if they had the crib I was looking for bam they hung up. Came here over the weekend to get some new clothes. Granted it's a large store and they have a lot to choose from but this place is just full of trash... and by trash I mean the type of people shopping here. Big fat trashy girls with 10 kids hanging off their cart screaming their heads off and running around knocking everything over. Not one aisle didn't have clothes, shoes, bras, underwear, ect on the ground. Everything had been run over by the shopping carts and were dirty and greasy from the wheels because nobody has the decency to pick anything up. The bathrooms made WalMart toilets look like the Bellagio lmao... I know I can't expect much from a Burlington but good lord... every toilet was plugged with shit paper and piss, trash cans were overflowing with ass rags, the sinks were all sticky and wet and the soap dispenser (probably not even soap inside of it) was broken off the wall and sitting on the counter. shout out to Kandence or Candence the girl at the fitting room she has so much time talking on her phone when I  asked if I can use the restroom and responds very rudely and laughing saying "we dont have a restroom for you to use right now" and laughs and continues back on her phone  . it dont really bother me and I let it go up until I went to try some clothes on . I called ahead to see if they had this particular perfume. I spoke with a lady and she told me that they have 3 left. I told her that I'll be right over and to pick them up. She said okay. 5 mins went pass. Once I arrived at Burlington I looked in the perfume section and they was known to be found. I ask the sales agent that was right by the line. And she was too busy to help me. So i went to another sales agent to assist me. He helped me out. And turns out they didn't have the perfume. This was the reason why I called. This really upsets me. read more
