I love that it has it's own separate entrance and parking spaces. If you want to go in & out without the hassle of the Mall. We had been researching carry-on luggage and we needed to get eyes on them. Glad we did. The selection of luggage is good. Not vast but they had what we were looking for, TravelPro Platinum Elite rollerboard 22" carry-on. Twice we were nicely asked if we needed help. Not in the hovering way but I passing without pushing. We compared prices on Amazon and were convinced to buy here. There was a sale plus an additional 15% off. We saved $90 and got 70 points towards a future purchase. Win! WIN!

I fantasized myself in them, but do you know at what point reality smacks you in the face and punches you in the gut? When you tell yourself "WTF I am too old to wear these!" Yes, ouch. But that didn't stop me from looking and appreciating all the fashion. This 5-star rating was on the sheer amount and selection of ball/prom gowns stretching as far as the eyes/wallet could see. I'm from Hawaii and I've never seen such an extensive display of formal wear. I'm thinking it's because Florida also has a large Spanish population where Quinceanera plays a role in the need for fancy garb as well. Another reason this 5-star rating is in place is because of the luggage. The actual reason we were here was to buy another suitcase (not to look at gowns). We already had one full-sized suitcase, but had to buy another one. Why, you ask? Because I bought too many gifts for others. Because the 80's Cruise gave us too many free swag, including two back-pack cooler chairs (not complaining), because I purchased three pairs of shoes, because I went to Goodwill in Ft Lauderdale and purchased 5 dresses, because on the 80's Cruise I gathered enough candy and swag to bog us down by 10 pounds. The sales lady was super nice and helped me with a cheery disposition. Macy's has always been a go-to for luggage on sale, and a large selection. I was going to go to TJ Maxx or Marshall's, but I cannot find a consistent supply of Delsey Luggage, my favorite. I took a picture of the Delsey Florence Luggage as a cool feature, but I can't do a see-through suitcase, it would be too much of a pain trying to hide my bags of Mike's Hot Honey popcorn from TSA and luggage handlers.

There was a smaller selection than usual, especially in the men's section. The women's section had a large variety of things, but it just felt a little claustrophobic. I bought one sponge holder and went to the checkout, which was relatively crowded for a Friday afternoon. The line was pretty long, but it went by quick, so I can't complain about that. I will definitely give it another world since the HomeGoods in Wintergarden village is chaos. My sponge holder was well worth the $4 and the person who checked me out was quick and kind.

This TJ Maxx is the one I have frequented the most so this is my standard when I'm thinking of…read morethem, but it is by no means the best. It can be very well stocked and tidy, but one thing it is rarely is quiet, due to its proximity to 192, outside of early morning or late at night the store can be pretty busy. Checkout lines can be pretty long so definitely account for that if you are visiting in the majority of the day time. With the huge amount of tourists in the area it is hard to find times when it is quiet.

Staff is really unfriendly at this location as well. No Studio McGee specific section p they just lump it all together. Shelves are often bare. I don't love that customer service and pickups are not the same location as is with most Target locations(completely opposite ends of the store). The lighting in the fitting rooms is horrendous. Incredibly dark. Mountains of clothing piled up there as well. Last time I was there I had 2 people cut me in line to go into a fitting room and the two staff members who were there and saw this said nothing and did nothing. They actually helped the people who blatantly cut I front of me with questions and then walked them into a room before those of us waiting (there was a physical line for the fitting room because only a few open and did not bother to open them all despite the line of people waiting) The plastic bag recycling is in the center of the store rather than at customer service. I just in general have not had a good experience at this location which is a shame as it is my closest location. Added a star because it at least has the updated footprint and my last one did not so theres a positive for me but that's the only one Edit: I was there for a pick up and had to use the bathroom. The women's was unacceptably bad. Like brown marks in the walls of the stalls. People's ruin on evey seat. I told staff but like wow. Only rich people could shop there 2. Splash the mermaid learned how to speak English there in less than a day So, it wasn't until a co-worker of mine told me she got a beautiful Karl Lagerfeld dress for less than $50 at a super sale they were having that I finally decided to step foot in this place. Turns out she was right. I ended up getting a very beautiful dress myself for around the same price. Since then, I've gone quite a number of times. Heck, I took my mom there the last time she was in town, and she had the same attitude I use to have at first. She kept telling me: "No mi'ja, that place is too expensive! Why would you go there?" Until we hit that sales rack and I got her a very elegant, and beautiful shirt for a fraction of the original price. Now, in order to find these gems, you HAVE to be willing to spend time looking around, but I promise it'll be worth it, but I mean, if you want to pay an exorbitant amount, you can find that quite easily too. On a side note, they have a coffee/juicebar on the first floor in case all that shopping works up a thirst.

Luckily, I happened to shop there during their 40% off friends and family sale this second time and only had to sell one kidney to afford the dress I bought. A few thoughts: - The staff is friendly and very attentive. The sections are broken up by designer, but everyone is open to helping get a fitting room started or searching for a random dress you saw online. I even had to ask someone to zip my up into a dress and they were totally cool about it. - I love the fitting rooms on the second floor. They've been painted by local artists to give some kind of affirmative quotes. - They I've a one year return policy as long as you keep one big, bulky tag on the garment. One year seems a bit overkill, but is after shop for you.
