There have been SEVERAL times I have been shopping there and there are NO BATHROOMS available. The people are RUDE when you ask. If you have health issues I advise not to go there. Actually the only place with bathrooms around 75 and Thomas is el super. Go figure. Less than one star read more

Came in to pass some time as we wait to meet family for dinner. As soon as we walked in, I watched someone run out of the store with a pile of clothes and heard the alarms go off, but no one even seemed to notice. The store is huge, but I had zero luck finding anything. I tried looking for work pants specifically, and women's clothing seems to be divided into petite or plus size- no in between. I am on the taller side and didn't have any luck. Would've loved to see better options for us taller ladies, but that seems to be the common theme at most stores. Can't really complain about the store, they had what I needed. I'm traveling and my luggage broke. Bought a new one, was priced at $189 and got it for $75. Can't beat that. The store was attached to an almost abandoned mall. Found out it was the rough side of town, after getting there. Store is a little cluttered and unorganized, but its small enough to be able to find your stuff. read more

They have nice an helpful staff, but the clothing racks for big an tall is a total wreck multiple sizes are mixed. I had to search through the entire rack to find pants of my size totally in the wrong area. I wonder what is the floor associates doing besides walking around smiling read more

I have a love hate relationship with this place. For whatever reason this location is never clean. I love the variety of items available. Especially when I'm trying to coordinate a bedspread with curtains or redo my bathroom. This is a good place to find odds and ends to update your home look. I also like the accessibility of being able to shop for my self at the same time. I don't have much to say about the service because there is no one on the floor hens why it's always a mess. read more

Wow!!! This place needs new management! The associates need more customer care service training and the store needs to be Cleaned! There were a bunch of young teenage boys running around the store knocking things over and into people and the young man with a security vest just watched. Not a fun moment for this 7 month pregnant woman! The clothing racks are not orderly, bathroom was disgusting, shelves were not organized, things were everywhere, especially items that were not displayed in the right place. Curtain rods where the dishes were, dishes at the end of a shelf in the kid's section this isn't a customer putting items on a shelf that they didn't want, this was a display. More can be pointed out but why bother this should be something corporate should pick up on. How often are these stores walked through by upper management not the managers of the store? The training for associates on service is a must here! Asked where I could find maternity section the associate gave me a look like I bothered her and pointed to the back of the store and I didn't find it. Went along to locate other items. Had a cart full of items but I eventually walked out disappointed. Staff is so damn rude!! I needed to sit for a bit and the security kid said I couldn't sit on stuffed ottoman! Definitely will not return to this location! As a long time customer Burlington can do better and be better! Just moved to AZ I will see about a different location! read more

This was my first time at Burlington. I had thought they only had suits but was surprised to find many things. The store was clean and well organized. The only thing that need improvement is they need to hire more cashiers. Their were only two cashier and a long line of customers. read more

This store is disgraceful and they need a new manager!! Maria is rude if thats her name cause she said she didn't have to tell me when I complained about one of her employees. I was accused of stealing while walking indoors. The girl tells me I must have something in my purse......walking in.. They accuse my husband first rhe y go through hos bag twice after finding out their mistake he tried to leave and it kept going through our stuff.. On top of that I felling embarrasses and I told Maria her employee was rude and she must've had a reason. To be disrespecful??? I told Maria watch how you talk to me you and yo employee Im 50 have some respect. She said she don't care Im 50 she can talk how she want and GET OUT HER SORE NOW!!!!! I couldn't get a refund which I wanted for her being rude she said " Get out my store now NOW!!!$ I asked her the other employees name she said I don't have to give it to you. I asked for corporte and she only gave me the store number and laughed. I will NEVER come here AGAIN. SHE MAKES BURLINGTON A DISGRACE!!! She shouldn't work with people!!! I guess all Burlington stores are the same long lines with one register open. From CA to AZ. Got in line (wrong side of check outs) behind the person that was checking out No one was in line at the time as soon as we walked up Betty turns her light off. Instead of telling us we were at the wrong end she keeps her head down. By the time we walked to the correct side now a long starts and only one register open. I'm pissed because good customer service would have been. "Your at the wrong end but since no one is line I'll go ahead and take you". We leave and walk the mall. As we go back thru Burlington to exit she still there I look at her name badge she says "I'm not open" oh now you can see me and you can talk too!!! Really liked the shirt we were about to get but this store wont get my money. read more

Damn it was freezing!!! I stopped by here to buy a sweater, a bit pricey, but the sweater did its job. It was nice and warm. It was also missing the drawstrings for the hood, Jesus the manager, hooked it up with a small discount. Thank you very much. To bad the jacket I originally wanted, wasn't on sale....but hell no I wont spend $100 on a jacket....lol....customer service for the girl at the register, was whatever....I don't remember her name....Overall....good experience. read more

VERY disappointed. Just moved to Arizona and Google search/map lead me to this (nearest) location. Drove the 20+ miles East only to be let down by the lack of selection and amount of clothing in the junior tops & bottoms department. Compared to the Clairemont location in San Diego where I frequented, this Phoenix location was a big disappointment! Fortunately, there was a Ross store down the street. read more
