It was only a 3 mile trip yet two other companies quoted me over $350 because they have a 2 hour minimum. Ted offered his services at a fraction of that amount and the experience could not have been better. He communicated with me the morning of to let us know he was on the way, he arrived on time and was very helpful getting three senior citizens and tons of bags into his van. Very personable, the van was immaculate and the entire experience was 5 star. Highly recommend this company if you are ever in need of shuttle service in the BTV area.

What really stood out was that both the driver and the company followed up after the trip just to check that I got home safely. It's a small thing, but it made the whole ride feel less like a transaction and more like getting a ride from a friend or a cousin. He really knew the town. The car was clean and he drove smoothly and safely and got us to the airport at the perfect time. It was clean inside, but when we got in it was so cold we didn't want to take our coats off and when I turned on the heat it was set to 99 degrees and when I tried to turn it down the buttons didn't work (you had to push the button 4-10 times to go down one degree) and then it would plummet to 54 degrees and blow cold air on us. So the whole ride I was turning the heat on and off to try to keep it a normal temperature. They also asked me if I wanted ice when I booked the limo, but when I looked in the cooler, all I found was 2 empty ice bags. Overall, it was fine, but the company should fix the heater since it is winter.

I've been using Dunwright for the last couple of years. Their drives just rock! When was the last time you got in the front seat of a cab and the driver gives you a big smile and a high-5?
