These guys are by far the best, fastest, and nicest cab drivers in Burlington! The best part is, they always end up being less expensive than the standard, Burlington cab services, which I've found to be unfriendly, late, and overpriced. I've been using Dunwright for the last couple of years. Their drives just rock! When was the last time you got in the front seat of a cab and the driver gives you a big smile and a high-5? Probably never if you haven't ridden with Dunwright. If you hate riding in cabs because of bad experiences in the past, give these guys a try. There's a reason their ratings are so good. I have been using Dunwright since they began (and after I became disabled) with the two owners sharing one Honda Accord. They have more vehicles now and a large cadre of loyal customers, so it is nice to see good people doing well in business. The only down side is that frequently you cant get through on the phone, so you have to punt to some other company (usually Green Cab). If you need a cab in the Burlington area, try them first. Literally called for a safety check to get my child from the airport to the dorm. Had a rude woman tell me everything except how safe they are - 'you don't know who your driver is with Uber either' , ' how do you know any car service is safe?' Nothing about their drivers or any help for a parent. Would NEVER use. read more

I had a 6am flight out of Burlington so I made a reservation the day before with Dunwright. A driver named Jason was there right on time (4:30am), he was friendly and professional and we got to airport quickly. The price was reasonable from downtown Burlington. I was worried about getting transportation so early in the morning and Dunwright proved to be very reliable. read more

I may never call another cab company again. I was turned down by three companies before them for a 4:30 am airport pick-up. I had a back-up plan in place in case a cab showed late or not at all, which happens a lot with early flights, especially when you don't live downtown. They said no problem and showed up early. EARLY!! The car and driver were both delightful. The ride was reasonably priced, even less expensive than others. A win all around. read more

As a weekly traveller for both pleasure and business, I keep Dunwright on my phone favorites list. They are always prompt, courteous, and fun to ride with. I have to use other taxis from time to time, but they are still my fave. And, I share their number a lot with friends all the time ... because they get it done. Right. read more

in a town full of often-unreliable, crappy cab companies, dunwright truly will do you right. their cabs are always warm or cold, the opposite of whatever it is outside, and the drivers smile pleasantly and are capable of driving vehicles with a minimum of collisions or sassy talk. i can say in all sincerity that i have never missed a plane because dunwright failed to pick me up as scheduled which is more than i can say for their competition. do yourself a favor and when you cab, make it dunwright. dun it wright. do it. i dunno. The best. Needed to head to the airport at 4am and was turned down by 3 companies + quoted a ridiculous price by a 4th. Dunwright gave an accurate quote on their website, confirmed the pickup on the phone without hesitation, and arrived 10 minutes early. Car was clean and driver was helpful + pleasant. I called to ask for a quote for pickup at my house and dropoff at the airport (round trip). She did not ask me any other questions (date, time, etc.) but quickly said, "ok, I"ll have to call you back to give a price" and hung up quickly. I did not give her my name or phone number nor did she ask for it so there was no way for her to call me back (the line I use unfortunately does not show my direct line on caller i.d.). So, I called back to find out if they had a quote for me and she quoted $55 one way. She THEN asked for the date and time and said that they actually could not offer service at all. When I asked why she did not ask me these questions from the beginning, she just told me that she was too busy. Bad customer service, inefficient and so dismissive. read more

Bad phone service. And by bad I mean it seems like your calling your boy looking for a hookup. They're ungrateful and rude. They make you feel like the "custy" you are. don't call these people unless you absolutely need a ride. They show up when they want and god forbid they're either way to early or way to late it's your fault! This business is a joke and a rip off and they will go out of their way to make you feel stupid for having to "rely" on them. Given my last experience I'd rather spend 100 dollars on a decent pair of walking shoes over paying 10 for a ride from this company. Avoid their service if you can! read more

Blew me off for a 4:30 am pick up. I had to scramble, and pay $144 for parking at airport.

Called and booked a cab the night before to catch an early morning flight at the airport. It was a no show and no call. I had to call the dispatcher to have them send a new one and by the time it came it was twenty minutes late and I missed my flight and had to reschedule. Nightmare. read more
