Had the most bizarre shopping experience at any retail location ever. Went in specifically for a…read moreRoku Stick which is a $30 product. Found it in the electronics section behind a locked glass case. No one seemed to be working in electronics but there was one employee working in photo development. I asked him if anyone could help, to which he replied "im the only one here and im making a canvas print so its going to be a while, unless you want to go find someone else". I walked around for at least 15 minutes before he finished. Then as I waited by the desk, he grabbed another associate and asked her to open the case for me. Could he not have called her on the radio to begin with? She opened the case for me then explained i would have to wait for the initial associate to check me out. Again, this is a $30 product. I told her I was ready to check out now and she agreed to walk me to the front as the product had to be "protected". Next time I'll buy online at Target. I understand theft is an issue, but at least have a valid way to get products for customers.

I did not know that when I purchased. It exploded in my face - per the notification which I subsequently found. I took the hose back and indicated it was a recall item. No matter, all Walmart offered was a gift card because I did not have the receipt after 2 mos. Then since I had the refund, I found a reputable brand and bought it. They touted: "it will be delivered today." Later I discovered the 3rd party (and unreliable drivers they hire) delivery person "attempted" to deliver but never showed up. I am now trying to find when the garden hose will actually show up. I tried calling the Broomfield store but the trusty AI kept me from speaking to a real person. However, I finally got the Broomfield Walmart manager's number and called. Rang and rang and rang. No one ever answers. I had also signed up for Walmart Plus because they offered half off and since I am in my 70's I thought I could use delivery service. NO WAY. I want out of that service - apparently it is hit or miss whether a delivery driver can find you. This is the absolute bottom of the barrel action - it certainly cannot be called service.

Call before hand to to see if they would do a return and they said bring it on in. So I did ! Once I got there they where very rude and just straight told us that there was a 15 day return policy for TVs so I left thinking I just lost out on $1,500.00. The next day which would be today my girlfriend (bless her soul) was at the Brighton Walmart and bought another tv besides the one I'm talking about. I'm surprised how well he adjusted them. I got the lenses somewhere else, where I went in three different time to adjust, and the third time was good, but then somehow the left lens moved higher than the right again. Thanks Tom!

The people that work here are very nice and friendly. One young lady, actually walked with me to show me where an item was that I wanted. You don't find that Prices are not as expensive as some other groceries but all food is expensive these days.

The register situation is a total mess, they rarely open up the self check out area and when they do it's 15 items or less and will not let you use them if you have 16 items, they try and justify this by adding employee run registers, they put a 99 year old with minimum training on register which slows everything down more. As an honest paying shopper I find it extremely disrespectful to be treated like a criminal meanwhile actual criminals can walk out of the store with full carts worth of products. Shop online and let's put disrespectful stores like this out of business.
