If I could give this place a zero, I would. Walmart has continued to sell HydroTech expandable hoses even though it has been recalled as a safety hazard. The notification came out 1/9/2026. I did not know that when I purchased. It exploded in my face - per the notification which I subsequently found. I took the hose back and indicated it was a recall item. No matter, all Walmart offered was a gift card because I did not have the receipt after 2 mos. Then since I had the refund, I found a reputable brand and bought it. They touted: "it will be delivered today." Later I discovered the 3rd party (and unreliable drivers they hire) delivery person "attempted" to deliver but never showed up. I am now trying to find when the garden hose will actually show up. I tried calling the Broomfield store but the trusty AI kept me from speaking to a real person. However, I finally got the Broomfield Walmart manager's number and called. Rang and rang and rang. No one ever answers. I had also signed up for Walmart Plus because they offered half off and since I am in my 70's I thought I could use delivery service. NO WAY. I want out of that service - apparently it is hit or miss whether a delivery driver can find you. This is the absolute bottom of the barrel action - it certainly cannot be called service. read more

My spouse & I are in this store (121st & Lowell) at least weekly, including use of their PHARMACY. Because of the frequency of those visits, we know all the pharmacy staff and (unfortunately due to the frequency of our visits), they know us both by name. All the staff over the past 10 years or so has always been friendly and prompt - given the continued demand by clients. If our meds are back ordered or if not yet ready, they have always gotten those deliverable within the quoted date or time given the other demands on their workload. Dealing with each of the staff members has always been professional and kind, including my requests to get questions addressed directly from the pharmacist. Given the high turnover in any WM store, dealing with this group of friendly professionals is a highlight of our trips to this particular store. read more

I went into Walmart today July 27th at 4:42. I walked into the store for ONE ITEM. I walked into the store, walked around into the cold section and picked up one box of spinach artichoke dip bites. I then went strait up to the registers and checked out, the entire time I did this the receipt checker up front stared me down for no reason, I've never stolen in my life let alone ONE ITEM. I payed and as I'm walking out I watched three people with entire full carts walk out without being checked for their receipts but the old white guy stopped me for my ONE ITEM, tbh I said no because that's insane and then he told me to never come back!!! With no guarded entrances and self checkouts still open, this store even has a pretty open and accessible video game department. Grant it, they still got those towering glass walls, where they used to have the TV systems demoing the latest games. All that is removed, but still has that old nostalgic look to it. Back the the Gamecube era. The people there were also pretty mellow and assisting. Sort of helps when their lives don't feel threatened every day they go to work. read more

I will no longer be supporting such a poorly run business. Told my wife tonight that if she goes there I will stay home or wait in the car. Seriously f this place. To be honest I've never had an issue with Walmart until today. Spent 93$ which isn't a whole lot but the bread at self checkout lagged and ended up scanning twice. So behind us was a young female clerk just standing there watching her phone and then I said excuse me? Very nice by the way and she said just hit the. X. I said I did and it's asking for assistance. She said it's ok anyone else can clear it. ???! Then she looked around and noticed she was the only one there. She must've only been 16 with her attitude because she actually walked over and said or not. Then she said in the future you can ask anyone in the bay for help not just me. My reply? I said who. Your the only one here! Who else is going to clear it. She walked away. I'm not going to pay double for one item. It wasn't so much what she said it was her tone. And then she went right back to being on her phone. I walked up to customer service and said excuse me are either one or you you managers? To which a shorter woman and a tall dude with dusty hair and a glazed over look in his eyes said uhhh no but how can I help you. I told them What was happening at uscan and then the woman seemed furious walked over and saw her subordinate just standing there zoning out and basically asked her if she just needed to take an extra break. Seriously? Thanks Walmart you can shove this. Also you have very few cart returns. I'm not the type to ever leave or abandon a cart. I put it away. I walked right past two cart return employees who decided to make a b line for the door. I said oh that's ok I'll just put this back . One had a few carts and the other had none. This has to be the worst Walmart around. Customers are treated like they are there to shoplift. No greeting from associates. Selection in store is terrible. Their main head cashier is a nazi demanding to see your receipt as you leave. She says "is is wrong to see a recipe to show that a person has purchased their items?". To that statement, you are accusing customers of shoplifting at that point. That is plan wrong. They aren't Costco or Sam's club which carries expensive items. This walmart has become outright ridiculous. I used to go to this Walmart all the time and they used to be a 24 hour Walmart until about two months ago. They changed their hours to 7 AM to 11 PM. However, that's not the issue! The issue is they NEVER ACTUALLY close at 11 PM like Safeway does! They have closed earlier and earlier as time has progressed since they changed their closing hours. Tonight I pulled up at 10:42 and to my surprise the lights are completely off and the last cashiers are walking out and locking up! I even asked the cart attendant what was going on because I thought they closed at 11 o'clock? His response was "technically yes, but they like to close early so they can get everyone out by 11! Umm, walking out with lights off at 10:42 PM is not getting everybody out by 11. Quite frankly I am disgusted by this and it's completely false advertising. If you're going to close at 10:40 then by golly ADVERTISE that you close at 10:40 not 11pm! read more

This Walmart is incredibly neat and tidy, everything is very organized and you won't see one item on the floor. They have a great produce selection and they have organic as well (yay!) but it's a little limited. We get their hard rolls baked fresh in the store daily, it's so good. They have literally everything. From kitchen to bathroom to self care to food, even clothing and shoes. Their seasonal stuff (holidays and all) are super cute as well! You'll definitely find anything in here. The customer service center, however, is eh. There's usually 2 workers and it takes a while before it's your turn which can get really irritating. Gloria is my favorite, I almost always have her helping me with my returns and other services. She's nice and patient, and will actually speak to you so it's not awkward. If you need something, make sure to stop by in person rather than giving them a call because over the phone is SUCH a pain in the rear. They'll keep you on hold forever and you'll literally speak with a bunch of employees before the right person reaches you. It's annoying. Overall it's a nice store, you'll find what you're looking for. The employees, compared to other locations are so much nicer too. They're friendly and will greet you with a smile. read more

Everything was fine until I went to check out. A heavy set man came up to start the "give 5 stars talk" I quietly said I have social anxiety, please let me be. To this he started aggressively saying, "I can't even say Hi? Are you going to give me 1 star? Zero stars won't do anything" and laughing. A customer in the next lane started in calling me Karen and b#$@h and saying to take my nappy 80s hair out of the store. The heavy man just kept laughing about this. Is it possible to stumble upon a really friendly Walmart? Yes. This one was a pleasure to shop in and my boyfriend's niece thought so too. Visiting from TN, her parents, her grandpa, my boyfriend and I came here specifically for the toy aisle. I also love the customer service desk here too. I got the wrong color for Concealer and I exchanged it for a different one (No receipt) and the lady was very happy to assist me. We saw lots of organized aisles, the toy aisle was very organized as well and we picked out something nice for her. We also were in line after browsing and we liked the fast and friendly check out. This is just your average ordinary Wal-Mart just like every other one. One difference it's that it has a subway instead of a McDonald's and the typical nail and hair salons and credit union. But other than that its Pretty much the same as all the others. Finding an employee to help you is hard to find but check out is fast. read more

I come here very frequently as it is the closest one too my house and is also 24 hours. I work nights so the second part is important. I came in the do some quick one stop shopping to decompress after work; their clearance selection was actually pretty good, not too picked over like alot of other walmarts in the area. However, I am giving this walmart 2 stars due to the customer service (other than the woman who checked me out whose name I unfortunately didnt catch) because for the full time I was there, it was most certainly not a leisurely trip. There were numerous calls over the loud speaker to do security checks in every zone I was in; I was then followed for upwards of 2 hours while I browsed the store. Keep in mind that while I'm a young woman wearing a beanie and combat boots and have very bright pink hair, I also had a cart, was not carrying a bag, and had on pretty tight clothes that would've been pretty hard to hide anything in. They followed me from department to department. And when I tried to engage asking where items were, the lady was less than helpful. I also overheard them talking all about how I was NOT ALLOWED to go through self checkout; they even went so far as to close it off IN FRONT OF ME when i neared the only open check stand. Like I'm really gonna ring up 59 items myself when theres never enough bags or room for half that amount after scanning them? Quite frankly, I have never felt more disrespected and belittled in my whole life. I work very hard for the money I make and to have someone just assume that I'm incapable of paying for the things I was selecting was very demeaning and hurtful. I'll probably consider driving much further out of my way to another 24 hour location next time I need anything at all. I contacted the store manager, but have been ignored. * I tried calling the store again today directly, spoke with Taylor (claiming to be a manager), explained the problem, and he then said that it was not a problem with Walmart, that I would need to resolve it with Greendot. I told him that Greendot Visa denies any funds are available and disconnects the line. Taylor again claims that he cannot do anything for me, it's not a Walmart product, that they are not responsible for the card. WOW! This Wal-Mart is HEAVEN! Yes, I'm a WM freak and I 100% support them so here goes my review... ... This location opened about a month ago and it's huge. They have a section for everything - produce, electronics, pet care, baby care, women's, men's, health, pharmacy, outdoors, etc... These sections aren't mini either, they are huge with a wide variety of selection within the section. It's double the size of a regular WM so you can just imagine. Staff is friendly as I was surprised to see greeters by the doors - other locations don't have this. On another note, the parking lot is horrible. I went to Walmart because their app showed a good price on the dog food I needed. I got to the store mid morning on a Tuesday and the isles were cluttered, the shelves were not stocked very well, and the employees were either oblivious or rude. The dog food was priced cheaper on the app than what the shelf displayed. When I asked an employee about the price difference all he could manage to say to me was Walmart doesn't "price match," even to the prices displayed on their app, and proceeded to walk away to finish a private, non business related discussion with another employee. Instead of explaining anything to me or being friendly at all, he just walked away and couldn't be bothered with a customer. The fact that Walmart is lying about prices and the horrible customer service I received makes it so I don't want to shop at Walmart anymore. I can go somewhere else and get better quality items, more selection, and shop at a store I trust with very friendly and helpful employees. If Walmart can't uphold the prices they post and hire people who are willing to talk to customers, then they aren't a store I recommend anyone shopping at. read more
