Surprise! Surprise! You won't believe this but I got crappy service at Walmart! But we both know you weren't surprised! I came to Walmart this morning to visit the deli because the deli closes early every night, so I came early this morning. I arrived at 8:15-I am just now being served and it's 8:32! Am I being unreasonable? Is 17 minutes really not that inconvenient for customers? Perhaps I'm old fashioned-I remember clerks being Johnny on the spot when it came to helping customers! You'd figure in this day and age, there are plenty of tricks & gadgets to help with customer service-obviously a clock isn't one of them ! Like many stores in this area they are now treating their normal customers like criminals and still disregard the people who are actually stealing from the store. The register situation is a total mess, they rarely open up the self check out area and when they do it's 15 items or less and will not let you use them if you have 16 items, they try and justify this by adding employee run registers, they put a 99 year old with minimum training on register which slows everything down more. As an honest paying shopper I find it extremely disrespectful to be treated like a criminal meanwhile actual criminals can walk out of the store with full carts worth of products. I have never been given this type of customer service ever in my life. I hung up the phone crying. After multiple attempts of trying to figure out where my grocery order was because I have a 1 year old and sick 14 year old at home, I was given zero guidance and basically a "well we don't know". When I asked to speak to a manager, the person on the line said it it was Dennis, extension 170. I also asked the gentleman's name, he laughed at me and said "Coach John". He was purposely being condescending. I hung up and tried to call back to get someone else that would help .........he answered once again laughing...and answered, "Coach John!!!"....This is horrible. Lady at self check out was rude!!! The lady working September 12th at 11:43am. She starts to touch your screen, meanwhile you're still scanning. Standing there waiting for me to bag my items to add another bag into my cart. Like I know how many bags I'll use I'll put at the end. She doesn't need to stand there watching me. If not I would have just gone to regular check out. She starts to talk badly back because I told her I know how to scan and bag my groceries. We've all been doing it since 2020. " well you need to get out of my store and not come back". Gladly will because other stores greet us and appreciate us being there. I've been to a few Walmarts, usually when I need something that I've forgotten to pack. This one was conveniently located from the hotel where I was staying. The store is located along a boulevard of shopping malls, set back from the road a bit. The parking lot was devoid of shopping carts on this Sunday morning, which is nice to see. Inside, the story was tidy and I found everything I needed easily. This is a Supercenter as are most Walmarts. This means that yes, they do have a full grocery section. I wasn't buying groceries but I did check it out. There were enough registers open adnt all the self-checkouts were green lights. Easy. read more

Absolutely the rudest employees I've ever come across. Daisy was working self check out and shut down my screen because she didn't like the way I was scanning my items and told me to go to a regular checkout line. I told her she can't talk to people the way she is as she was rude to the older lady that was before me. She said she could do whatever she wants and froze My screen. I went to management. All they did was count the items in my cart to make sure I paid for everything. I will go out of my way next time to not shop here read more

I would like to commend this store and so many nice, helpful employees. I live not far from this Walmart so I am there at least once a week for many, many years to do grocery shopping, etc. Irene, a night greeter was especially helpful to me when I locked my purse with cell phone in the trunk of my car last week. It was at closing time and Irene was so kind to drive me home to get an extra set of keys then drive me back to Walmart. This went way above and beyond the call of duty. I have found so many helpful and dedicated employees there through the years, from the check out counters, to the service desk, to the greeters. They are always so efficient at the service desk! read more

Always rude customer service. This time I made my way in as normal and wanted to stop and use the bathroom before I did my shopping. The lady checking receipts at the store stopped me on my way in and asked "do you have an item to return?" I informed her stating "no I'm using the restroom and then I'm shopping". Not that it's any of her business. The other day I had to leave a cart full of groceries because their Walmart pay feature on the app was not working and I had left my wallet at home. When I went home to retrieve my wallet I couldn't find it. I called the store to let them know I would not be returning that night to purchase my cart full of groceries. The lady on the phone said "what the fuck do you want me to do about it" before rambling on and complaining about how if I don't have money I shouldn't get groceries. When I had made it a point to ask the cashier before getting my cart if the Walmart pay feature would work. I hate going to this location. read more

Only thing for me to speak on is the extremely long wait time to get any help at the sporting goods counter. People were paged a few times and called over the intercom and no one showed. Waited patiently over a half hour and called the store to ask for assistance and none ever came. read more

One of the better Walmart locations in the area. I can get anything I need here (for the most part!), and it's almost always clean (important in my book!). The cost savings is always a reminder when I come here. I always think I can get a good deal at other locations, but I'm consistently shocked and impressed with how low my bill is when shopping here. I'm not one to complain or write a bad review UNLESS it's needed & in this case, this employee of Walmarts, has NO BUSINESS working with the public becuz she CLEARLY HATES her job & one would think after talking to her, that she HATES people & animals too! She was working as the woman's dressing room attendant. I've had this EXACT same job before & I have NEVER treated people/customers with such discust & disrespect as she did me! All i did was ask her if I could try on 5 pairs of jeans & she looked at me like I was asking her the dumbest question in the world. Then she yelled at my SERVICE dog to get away from her when she wasn't even close to that woman. When I came out holding the 3 pairs of jeans I was planning on purchasing, she immediately yelled at me asking where the other jeans were. I told her they were still in the dressing room becuz I wasnt getting those ones & she started mumbling foul things told me to GET OUT, TO LEAVE! I couldn't believe it! I just looked at her then said, what is wrong with you & she continued to tell me to get out! This lady had NO REASON to treat me so badly. Everything was great for many months UNTIL today. Did you know if you want it delivered to your door that may be the front door of an enclosed apartment building? Did you know that the store has no responsibility for delivery after it leaves the store? Then you must be inconvenienced further and call 1-800-walmart and speak to customer service who were nicer and more helpful than speaking to the store. Why did I not go outside and look for my order you ask... because I am in a wheelchair and can not open the main door. So now the delivery person must knock on my door and wait for me to sign for it. We've been using the Walmart home delivery service for 8 months. At first, the deliveries were near perfect, no big problems. About 2-3 months ago, we started having delivery difficulties, incorrect items in our orders, items missing, deliveries made to incorrect address. Enough problems to prompt our complaints. We didn't report missing items until lately because, honestly, they weren't expensive. It felt petty. Recently, it's happening more often. They've made some refunds, even given us a promo for $10.00. We just reported that an item was missing from our order and we were told that it had been rejected because there was a photo of the delivery. We're disappointed because the item WAS NOT delivered. We're senior citizens and have paid for this service. The grocery prices are higher online and we've paid for a year subscription, which we're aware of and willing to pay because we need the help. It is now becoming more of a problem than a convenience. They basically said we were stealing and lying because we reported the item missing. People on fixed incomes are forced to watch their money carefully. The missing items are money out of our pockets. If you have groceries delivered, make sure you get what you pay for and REPORT IT IF YOU DO NOT GET YOUR ITEMS, no matter how small the cost. Maybe if enough people report missing items, the orders will be filled correctly. How many of us are just letting it go because it's an inexpensive item. How many times a day does this happen at all Walmart stores? That's a lot of our money that they keep. Buyer Beware read more

I have had many difficult situations here at this walmart but after today i can't say i want to return! I wish I had got her name but some lady at self checkout came up to me, my boyfriend, and son while we were checking out our things. We had done two cases of soda and trash bags on a separate card transaction that were already in the basket and continued putting our other things for our second transaction in our basket after scanning. Until this RUDE employee came up to us telling us we "weren't allowed" to put our things back into our basket after scanning, that we needed to put them to the side "like everyone else". This is something i ALWAYS do here or any store if i forget my bags and i would love to see this "rule" that says i cannot do that. She proceeded to indirectly accuse us of stealing by moving our things and counting everything item in our cart to come across the soda and trash bags and says "see" to which i showed her the receipt for them and she says "no this isn't even it this says 12/27" TODAY IS DECEMBER 27th. This is after she went on a rant about how they "don't get payed enough to sit and watch everybody at self checkout" like that isn't her job and that "i would be mad if she sat and watched" If it's a problem OPEN UP THE REGISTERS and scan it all yourself. They have a receipt checker sitting at the doors doing nothing anyways it is their job too! This walmart is minutes from my home and we come here ALL the time for two years and have NEVER been treated this disrespectfully. When talking to the lady who was answering customer service phone calls she was very unprofessional as well as rude and hung up on me twice!! I received a wall fan from my daughter and it was too heavy for the wall so I decided to return the fan and get a floor model instead. Because my daughter purchased the fan on the WalMart website, the store doesn't carry that brand and I didn't have a receipt, they were not able to let me return the fan. I asked to speak to the store manager who in this case was a young man named Daniel. Daniel listened to my problem, was very apologetic and went out of his way to make sure I had a fan that I could use. Many thanks to Daniel for his outstanding customer service! FYI, when ordering on line, make sure you keep your order number and/or receipt, otherwise if they don't carry the item in the store, you will not be able to return the item. On Tuesday, 07/11/23 @ the "Wally-World," off 92nd and Sheridan, I made several attempts to exchange a pair of headphones with a receipt and warranty information, for another pair of headphones from the same brand/same price point and was flat out told NO, by the older gals at the customer service desk, no exchange, no refund via gift card, no nothing. Their rationale for this was because I passed the 90 day mark. I felt like because I had the receipt, the warranty information, and all items were clean and intact, they should have been able to work with me. Please know that I came in with all the positive vibes and these gals really broke my spirit. I almost gave up on my mission until I ran into a man that looked like he was in charge! He stopped what he was doing an actually listened to me, was extremely professional, understanding, and kind throughout the entire interaction, and he basically said, "go grab what you want kid, you're good!" I believe his name was Dennis and he was an absolute rockstar! This gentleman was a true leader! So much so, that I thought about asking for a job right on the spot! His positivity and Can do attitude was contagious! No disrespect, but the older gals at the customer service desk need to take notes! read more

Walmart, especially Walmart.com is COMPLETELY WORTHLESS! I ordered a mattress and paid for expedited shipping to have it here by Thanksgiving. They not only didn't ship it on time, they basically told me that it isn't their problem and that they don't care at all about customer satisfaction. This Walmart is always super busy. Sometimes you have to elbow your way through a crowed sea of people. Employees are usually non existent if you need some help finding something but I did find that the Pharmacy clerk was friendly. Navigating the parking lot can be tricky at time since there isnt a clear defined entrance or exit. read more

Since I can't write a review for the "Site-To-Store" service, I'll write the review for the store I was shipping to. Over two weeks ago I ordered product through the S-T-S, and have been waiting patiently. According to the emails, 7-10 business days is the expected delivery period. OK, cool. Since they supplied tracking, I noticed that the product was in Loveland, waiting to be sent to this store. Three days it sat there. Business day 10 arrived, and still no movement, although now there was a notation that the delivery was delayed and it would be one more day. Come day 11, I received an email that the product was delayed, and it would be "a few days" before it arrived. Unhappy, I called customer service to find out what was going on. Over the course of the conversation I found out that, even though Walmart supplies tracking information, just because my product showed that it was in Loveland doesn't mean it was even in CO at the time! To make matters worse, even though I've been notified that the product is late, and no clear delivery date has been established, they are still showing that the delivery is on time, technically. By that rationale, they can tell me the estimated delivery date is 4 days before hell freezes over, and there is little I can do about it. Essentially, the product you order goes into a void, may eventually show up, and in the meantime someone randomly posts that it is in this place or that place, just to keep you happy. In simplest terms, your money has become their money, and the product is still listed as inventory- making the company look healthy. This isn't just bad customer service, this is Walmart level of customer service. === I've just been informed my return credit will show up in two billing cycles. As in months? WTF? read more

Hmm.. popped in here because I had store credit (the kind that's passed onto you from someone who will "never use it" and you try to pass off, yourself; it had been sitting in my wallet for a year after I adopted it!). All I kept remembering, as I walked through, were the comparison commercials -- "We're XYZ cheaper than EveryOtherStoreOnThePlanet." Well, no. You're not. Not even close. My friend and I couldn't find one item cheaper here than Safeway, Target, etc. I always thought Walmart was the bottom of the barrel, as far as prices go. I was wrrrrrroonnngg!!! AHhhhhhhHHhH. Right. The shop ended up being a win in the end. My friend couldn't pick a single thing to buy if her life depended on it, so I bought a bunch of little things that I've "needed" (Windex and sports bras are life necessities, didn't ya know?) and got a heck of a lot for my few dollars. I recommend not shopping for food here, though. Fruit was overpriced and the mega-manufactured boxed goods were, too. My major disappointment came with a dog toy that my friend found. It was a story-book toy -- if you asked my pooch to design his dream, this would be it. It was the first time in the store that I was really surprised by a price, and my brain was bouncing from "too good to be true" to "maybe Walmart does have deals after all!" It was the former. They refused to acknowledge the price - even though it was the only one on the rack. Sad times. The doggy can't miss what he never had, but I sure as heck felt like a lousy mum. read more

Unlike the review below, my experience has been that the WalMart at 72nd and Sheridan usually has more checkers on duty than the one in Broomfield on Summit Blvd. This WalMart has a very spacious parking lot with several entrance\exit points. They have mostly what I need, though some items I like to buy are carried by the store one week, and then disappear the next. The store is clean, the workers are friendly, and the prices seem reasonable. I'll be back around fairly soon. read more

Car wouldn't start and I figured it had to do with the battery, since getting a jump got the car started. I headed straight over to Walmart as that's where the battery was purchased . It was still covered under warranty thank goodness and they were able to squeeze me in and change it out real quick.. Siera was working in the department and was able to make it happen fairly quick and seemed to have a well organized system in place.. with co workers which is refreshing .. and I appreciate that... definitely felt the staff I encountered was committed to honesty and customer service.. thank you...! read more

This store is convenient, and typically in a good, clean condition. I shop here often, but that may change soon as their customer service has gotten to the point where I question if they even interview some of the people they have assisting guests as a few cashiers and door attendants there have been more than rude to my family. Twice this month alone they have accused us of stealing product. Specifically, diapers. The second time this happened, the door person then explained that there has been a large amount of diaper thefts happening lately, and they are cracking down on security. This I do not have a problem with, and would gladly show my receipt upon exit each time I shop. What I do have a problem with is checking out, then seeing my cashier whispering and pointing at us to her supervisor, and then the supervisor gives the door clerk some signal that they need to stop us. Or having a door person who cannot read the receipt, and then accuses us of not having items on there that we then have to point out to them that it is in fact on the receipt. (Yes, both of these incidents really happened this month). I tried calling the store manager once I got home from the experience because I wanted him to be aware that their new security tactics are making the customers uncomfortable. I was placed on hold for 32 minutes, so I hung up and called again. The person who answered told me that the manager was out of town and I found out that I was just forgotten when placed on hold. The store is clean and they have a great selection, but don't expect to have the greatest customer experience here. And if you are buying diapers, be prepared to get treated like a thief. read more
