When we went to the suit department the sales agent I believe her name is Jessica was rude and harsh she was unhelpful and unprofessional and extremely rude . My husband cut himself in the dressing room and instead of asking if he was ok she was concerned about the suit . She made multiple rude comments I asked our helpful associate to call for a manger who gave me the run around made excuses for this employee saying it's specialized (frankly a BS answer since they outsource tailoring ) !!! Beware of the suit department female employee Jessica and the manger Sean !!! after this suit female aggressively verbally assaulted me I was beginning to get heated and when the manger came he told me to tone it down instead of his abusive Ill trained repulsively behaved suit department employee . The worst shopping experience with any suit department ever no wonder why I usually will drive to go to Nordstroms Bloomingdales Sacks or Neiman's. I would have walked out and never returned the only reason I did not was because of the actual sales associate I chose to shop with me who went above and beyond to help as well as the two additional cosmetic associates who tried to do right and were amazing . Playing hunger games in front of customers when attempting to sell Hugo Boss is frankly embarrassing . Yes I'm use to having personal shoppers and associates through multiple stores who help me . This display was an abomination . If it wasn't for the three good employees I would be having my attorneys call in the morning from the cut my husband had alone let alone the verbal assault by a low end employee who is incapable of professionalism and a manger who obviously is under qualified for the position . She looked for another size after I threw a fit as I work in retail management for another retail store . She saw that I purchased the pants two months ago and was very reluctant to do the exchange. This store has somewhat of a local feel. Once I was shopping there & one of the neighbors was in with his small dog. (He must have felt rich because he saves so much $ at fd.) He was telling anyone who would listen about how the dog had been sick. The whole store stopped moving so we could hear about the cute little guys triumphant recovery.
