Unfortunately when I took it to my RV (I live in Southern California) and opened the box, the pillow felt extremely firm to me and my liking. So I packed it up and headed back to the store to get a softer one. When I asked where is the merchandise return, I was told by the lady with glasses at the door that it is already closed at eight (I looked at my watch, it was 7:47) No problem, I thought, I'll buy another, softer one and return it the next day. Luckily, I have found the same brand, same price marked as medium firmness. Great, I thought, I'll just ask for a swap, shouldn't be a problem. No, I was told, it has to be refunded first, cannot do a straight swap. The store is closing, the person said. This is when Johnny came into the picture. He immediately asked the person at the only cash register (I guess the whole store was really closing) open to step aside for a moment and he sprung into action. His fingers flying on the keyboard, in one (1) minute he did the swap and I was walking out the door with the best pillow I have ever owned (really a great pillow!). Wow I said, what a guy.
